It's Elk's meeting night tonight. Last meeting was brutal for me. There were about 25 people at the meeting and all but 4 people were smokers. I had to leave the room before the meeting was over because they turned the smoke suckers off because of the noise. Last night, Thomas took me to the Elk's for a drink or few and there weren't a whole lot of members at the bar. Approx 12 people plus us. All of them were smoking. I felt like the smoke was just hanging out right in my face, my throat got itchy and my sinuses were burning.
This is a fairly new development for me. It's been 7 months since my last cigarette and I always said I wouldn't be a non-smoking snob. However, I am realizing that more and more being around it is extremely unpleasant. I have to take my clothes off and jump in the shower as soon as I get home.. I don't want it to be that way because you know I love going to the Elks. There is nothing really that I can do about it besides go outside for a bit or not go at all. It's just yuck. I am so glad I don't smoke anymore.
I am trying to convert as many of them as I can lol.

I am very surprised because it does not bother me at all and I have not smoked in months. Of course, I grew up in a house of smokers with my mom smoking cigarettes and my dad a pipe smoker. However, my wife had friends over for a birthday party (hers, and way too many people at once) and it did not bother us at all.

How long do copper creek juices typically have to steep? I got chocolate chip cookie today and it doesn't taste too good. All I'm getting is chocolate and no cookie
