Back from Costco. Did you know they sell other stuff besides Cashews, Cheese, Shrimp, Meat, Veggies, toilet paper, and paper towels? That's all we had this trip but others had all kinds of other stuff. It is fun watching the Amish shop...

Costco is actually a great store and company. Think of Wal Mart and Sam's Club except run by the founder so they treat their employees right. They have a little of everything! :)

They actually managed to avoid layoffs during this downturn by management and the shareholders taking cuts rather than the low level employees... they earned my loyalty when I discovered that! :)

Down the rabbit hole..
Ah, sorry to hear that. :( Another check list question for VV. Do they have a Costco at or near the Villages? :D
I'm sure there's a Costco or a Sam's Club near there prob
both...they are everywhere here..I have one of each within 5- 6 miles of my house..

Great, the checklist is leaning towards a GO for the move. Now just a small issue remains. Anyone want to buy a house in PA?

Anywhere to work other than the oil and gas or agriculture sectors? *ducks*

I know the food is good in the amish areas... went through there as a child and ate at a restaurant called the Good and Plenty... one of the best meals of my life. :)

The food is great! As far as work, well I gave that up when I retired in 2004 as an electrical/software engineer. Now I focus on "stuff to do" besides the honey do list... :)

Just as a heads up Allazar, you are amidst some serious flag wavers in this thread. Myself included. Tread lightly here when it comes to politics. It is a juice thread and we will not have a repeat of the car thing happening. Thank you.

Not a prob FV... I will... and I tend to be called that at times myself or I never would have served. *edits previous post*
