Pretty much any time except winter! The pics of the Blue Ridge Pkwy were from a road trip where I met my friend from FL at the bottom of the BRP (in Cherokee) and we both rode it to the northern end, and then did Skyline Drive. Just a little chilly in the mountains (it was Oct), but not bad at all! So SC would be just a bit further.b
LOL Bamrz! At the right time of year, Philly to SC would be a great road trip! =D
And this was this morning before Melanie and CJ's very first t-ball game! I didnt get to see any of it, unfortunately... But Mrs E said both of them had really solid hits with their very first swing!

But you make it so easy!My money is too.
I dont think y'all realize how difficult it is for me to NOT say the first thing that hits my brain after I read comments like that... My tongue would be bleeding from biting it so hard if it were face to face. I TRYING to behave here!!! STOP MAKING IT SO HARD FOR ME!!!!
My boys' little league must have had the same scheduling secretary! All on the same day, and running later and later as the time went by...OH!!! I meant to tell y'all about yesterday. First, the Rec Center does NOT do well with organizing picture day. Every sport, every league, every age group, one day. They were over 30 minutes late getting to Melanie and CJ's team pix, and nearly an hour late by the time they got to us. And there were a handful of teams that actually had games to play after they had their pictures done. That was just stupid.
So, we got the pix done, and I was planning on taking Kathryn to the dirt track with me last night. But since everything ran so late, and everyone from work bailed out on me, I decided to not go. Instead, Kathryn and I went to the mancave and watched Robots for a DaddyDaughterNight.
Anywho, on the way to the get the team pictures, we saw this. I know its hard to see in this picture, but there is a car that didnt stop. They drove almost completely underneath the Hummer. Not that it isnt understandable. Its hard to see a color like bright orange when its painted on such a small vehicle. Idiot.
Wow! Science is awesome! And Im posting this just because I thought it was cool. This is what happens when water gets below 32 degrees without freezing. It happens quick, so watch carefully. In just one or two seconds, the bottle goes from liquid to solid with just a quick shake. (you gotta click to see it)
Well, that pic didnt tell the whole story. As you can see, with the county sheriffs around, I couldnt go pic crazy without getting in trouble. There was a car waiting to turn down the road I was on, with the Hummer behind it. (this is just my unofficial guess) But it looked like the Hummer was pushed into the other car when it was rearended. The damage to the lead car wasnt all that bad.But you make it so easy!

From the looks of the Hummer, he had some trouble stopping too? Looks like the front end is mashed up. The car behind probably had no idea there was trouble ahead, since no human can see around aHummer.
