Sadness, I didn't score a Lava tank last night. 
But I've decided that I'm only going to try for the ones I really want, and not put "any" as a choice. So from now on, if it happens it happens.

I am more the "oh look, our baby is growing up . If anyone touches her I will kill them." tonight he was like "she looks beautiful.". But he did make the comment about that dad with pretty daughters and guns t-shirt again so maybe he isn't telling me everything he is thinking .Thanks..keep em coming..lots of em...

I am grateful that I had a son. Whole different set of problems, but not the panic of them being touched. Just the panic that they would try to touch.
Yeah, I've often wondered how much different it would be with boys. But like you said, either one comes with their own unique sets of problems. makes me wish they had a brother. Not enought to have gone for a 3rd attempt, but still 
The same thing goes through my mind everytime I look at Kathryn... Everything from the first day of school, to the first bra, to the first two piece bathing suit has freaked me out... Daddy's little girl isnt so little anymore.
Id say thats weird... Mrs E, though not looking forward to first dates and the like, hasnt said anything about curtailing it....Me. Isn't that weird? Maybe it's because Devon isn't here
Ive also got Mrs E convinced about wanting a handgun is JUST for home defense and a new hobby. There is an ulterior motive to it as Kathryn and Melanie continue to grow up. Yes. I will be THAT dad. Sharpening knives and cleaning guns when they show up.

No dating till 16. I am sticking to it for as long as I can.
I think terrified boys are cautious boys. Either that or they will give up and go home and stay away from our girls!!
You all have my sympathy. I would NOT want to have to go through teen years again.

I actually did that when a boy came to see my daughter.
I had the double barrel sitting right next to me when the kid came in the door.
He was real polite, but real quiet the whole evening, didn't see him again.

Ahhh. I'm usually a micro brew kinda guy. But I do love the Margarita Day. Paired with Peach Sweet Tea (which is awesome FV). Last time I had Margaritas....well, perhaps I won't tell you about the last time I had Margaritas...
