In a town of 607 people, we have one restaurant. It closes by 4pm. For dinner after that, you either drive the required 25 miles, or grab a bite at the gas station. The lady there makes a great lasagne.
That's a must to do in Wisconsin...Also (no joke here) Get a burger from Culvers...Seriously it's worth the 25 mile trip.

Ahhh, I grew up in a town of 2,000 and we usually drove the 15-20 miles to a larger town. We did have a Dairy Queen though... do they have those way up there? Those are in all of the small towns in Texas... Blizzards are GRRRRREEEEEAAAAAAT!!!!

Dairy Queen's headquarters are in Minnisota so yeah they are all over the place up there.
Dairy Queen= Goldmine...We had one in our little town and the line snaked around the building everyday during the summer.

Biggest RIPOFF I avoided today...So still fighting fleas on the cats..I knew there was a pill that you gave to the animal and all fleas fell off in one hour.DEAD...I called the vet and asked if I could have 2 tabs.Well evidently it's a prescription in Ohio and you have to go to the vets to administer them.When I was talking with the girl on the phone she told me the name of the tabs. I made an Appt for 4 today and promptly went to Amazon to look it up..Guess what? They have it.
Guess what else. It's going to be $24.99-no shipping chg,no tax for 6 tabs.
It was going to be $84.00 from the vet..
Major SCORE!!
Guess what else. They have garlic/brewers yeast tabs for pets (scares fleas away) 1000 of them for 10 bucks.
I'm a majorly happy Amazon customer...
