Well, we played about our normal game. 7-13. The girls did well, but our pitcher wasnt on her game today, and the other team played GREAT defense.

Once the kids get up from their nap and finish up lunch, Im gonna take them outside so the can help me wash my truck.

Be careful! While you're not listening to Mrs. E, she may have just gotten you to agree to buy her a new car for mother's day!

I hate when that happens. I did that once reaching for a cup of coffee. Amazing how bad it hurts isn't ?
Here's what i do when that happens. Put on a pair of high heels.It takes the strain off your back and put's it on your toes.Haul out the frozen peas from the fridge and lay it where it hurts.Refreeze and reuse.Next take 3 ibuprofen.
Sit in the recliner and watch Debbie Does Dallas (or) whatever. Before bed put a Icy hot pack on it. Do not use Salon Pas that is french and like the french, it doesn't work..

Waving to Bliss. Congrats to the girls and kudos to you and Mr. Bliss for being good parents. Watching track is like watching paint dry. My granddaughter does track. I always hope I;m busy on those days.LOL
OMG this puppy is soo cute. She looks like a wind up toy. She fears nothing even Rums didn't scare her. He was funny though He was afraid he was going to step on her so he kept backing up in the corner. It was hilarious.Newfs are such good dogs. He's the best.She is adorable. Mr. Crabbypants laughed until he had tears in his eyes. She's no bigger than my hand. I have to find a video thingy to let you all see how she walks.She looks like a powder puff.

I tried to last night he is beside himself with fear. He checked her out rolling her with his nose but then freaked like OMG it's alive and soooo little. He cries too when he doesn't know what to do. It was hysterical.

For the first time in five years, my truck is now clean. Of course, I had copious amounts of help from three little helpers! Unfortunately, since it HAS been five years, its taking more work than I expected to get the paint looking good again. The roof and the hood had to get a rubbing compound, polish, then wax. And thats all I got done. I figure the rest of the body will be ok with just a polish and wax. But that can wait until tomorrow. I can take care of that with the kids outside leaving Mrs E in bed all day.

Peace and quiet is an awesome gift. VV and I each received flowers. From the dogs. tee hee. Mr. V said he had to place the order as they don't have credit cards, but the actual flowers were from the "kids".

The chicken house is complete. It took us all afternoon. The peeps are happy though!

There is so much more that I wish I could do for her. Shes a stay at home mom during the week, and an Office Assistant at a grocery store on the weekends. She deserves the world in my eyes.

A no kids day is the best gift that you can give a Mom. And if she doesn't have to cook it's a huge bonus. Just a nice, quiet day off is so nice.
