Well I'm not liking that at all.I hope it all clears up for you soon . There was a young girl at work who was having the same symptoms as you and she actually collapsed at the mall.Turns out it was severe migraines even though she really never described that being part of it.She went to the neurologist and that was the determination. My sister's side would numb up with a migraine. They are insidious.

So my left arm and leg went numb this morning when i was getting off of work and i felt really dizzy. So, i called my wife and had her take me to the E.R. After spending 6 hours there and had an EKG and MRI, they determined that it wasn't a stroke or heart attack. But now i get to follow up with a neurologist. Pretty scary day today.

In the winter when I was a kid, I used to get a shot glass of wine with dinner. Mom said it was preventative medicine. It was nasty wine.

Great that you had it checked out Nogy! Much better than ignoring it and having it turn out to be not nothing!

I've also had migraines since 1994, but this morning was totally different. Very odd feeling and very scary.

Are you taking care of yourself while doing this night shift thing? It's so easy when you work till morning not to get the proper amount of rest because it's daytime.Sleep deprivation can cause a lot of things.

Mornin' everyone. Need more Diet Dr Pepper.....

Wait!!! Come back here! What did the dr say?
:facepam: sorry about that... I did say I would update y'all after the game, didnt I?

Hes still coughing. The pulminary doc gave him a twice a day rx of a steroid inhalant that is preventative. The dosage of steroids in that, would take three years to equal the standard three day dose of what the family doc was wanting to prescribe. He also prescribed an off the wall antibiotic to help knock out whatever is causing it. They also gave him an as needed mix of albuterol and something else for a breathing treatment. The albuterol was irritating his lungs a little bit. After one day of it he is definitely improving. He isnt stuggling to breathe nearly as bad, but he still has that barking cough. He slept pretty well last night too. He isnt better yet, but Im happy with improvement of any sort at this point.

CJ will also be going to the Lavine Children's Hospital in a couple of weeks for a scratch test to check for allergies. When he was just a baby, right after we moved into this house, if he had problems sleeping, I would take him into the mancave so Mrs E could get some sleep since I was unemployed at the time. I would play video games and watch movies all night while he slept. Of course, this was before we found out we had water intrusion problems in the basement, which led to mold problems that we didnt know about. So they are going to check for mold allergies as well. Soon after the scratch test, he will go back to the hospital, where they will do and endescopy (down his airways) to see if there is anything they can see. The doc wants to make sure that he runs as many tests as he can to make sure we can figure out whats causing it in the first place. Hopefully we can identify the cause and fix that, instead of treating the symptoms every couple of months.

At least you had the sense to go to the ER. Im glad to hear it wasnt a heart attack or stroke, and I hope its nothing serious.

But we all ready establish the fact that Poor Victor is. INNOCENT INNOCENT INNOCENT.:lol::lol:

James, glad CJ got some sleep!

Drott, We need a "Victor is Innocent" T-shirt, with the copper creek logo on back, in GREEEEEEN.

Stretchy, That was an awesome summary about mods! I have had my provari a few weeks now, and LOVE it. Wish I'd had your tank explanation about a month ago. I agree....it's magic!!

Ah yes, I forgot to say to stretchy that I was hugely impressed with her explanations. She laid it out very nicely, concisely and accurately.

I love that t-shirt idea. I would wear one.
