VV I hope your surgery goes well, my prayers are with you.
Exactly how many vaping devices does one need? I keep hearing about this provari mini!!!! And no, I'm not buying anything else for awhile (well maybe another tank if I like it and maybe some more juice that doesn't taste like tobacco.)
It is quiet in here this a.m., but most of you are hours ahead of me time zone wise.
Today, I'm taking it easy - yesterday was laundry day and I was up and down the stair a bit too much, my torn miniscus (sp) is bothering me. Its not torn enough to warrant surgery (thank goodness).
Today I'm going to be very diligent about vaping. I have my stronger nic strength. I think I need to look at it in a different way...before I was vaping only when I wanted an analog, maybe I should vape more.

Okay, I think that state law and technical knowledge tests went well! There were some things I was not quite sure of, but I dont think it was enough to fail me. The practical exam starts at 1. Keep crossing stuff please.
we went to grab lunch and I was thinking of the Posse. We found a Five Guys, I told Thomas what you guys said about it, so we ate there (yay for my FA). It was a really good bacon cheeseburger. Red Robin still wins though. Heading back to the test location, have to check in soon. I'll keep you posted.

I dont know about everyone else, but if Im at my desk all day, a rare occurance, I tend to chain vape. But I can really tell when I go an hour or so without it. I tend to get cranky. Keep the e-cig close by at all times, you'll be fine. But dont beat yourself up if you have an analog. Just get back up and try again. There are so many different things in smoke that will keep you wanting them.

I have more faith in your skills than I did test taking ability. Which is a good thing because I never doubted you to begin with!
That's a good idea. I don't think nicotine works as quickly with vaping as it does with smoking. If you wait til you have a nic fit it will take longer for vaping to satisfy it.
