I dont like procrastination.... Yet I always do it...

On another note... I just got the Almighty Mrs E's approval to get a boat. I think shes trying to steer me away from a firearm. Its working.

This guy is giving me the boat for free, but will need some work. But the transom isnt rotten, the outdrive is in good shape, the engine is freshly rebuilt. 19.5ft bow rider can seat seven.... Im liking this!!! If he remembers to send pix tonight, I'll share.

Good morning posse! You've all be very busy!!! A boat, fun!!!

I'm relishing in the quiet...3 days off with everyone home was super, but I need my quiet time :) My sleephead girl is still in bed, but she will be up soon because I want to go to the Farmers Market early today. I believe that the peaches are ready! Nothing better than peaches picked the same day you buy them :) Then we are off to do a bit of shopping.

BTW - Coffee is yummy!

Morning posse, no motivation here either. Boat instead of firearm? Pfft
Funds always seem to be tight around here. And she said yes to the boat a LOT easier than I anticipated. But with only my allowance to do anything with firearm or boat, I cant do both.

Funds are tight everywhere! I wish our renters in Minnesota would just buy the darn house, they keep telling us they want to. I need to balance the budget and get FAFSA done (suppose to be hubby's job)! Having a kid in college 2,000 miles away is not cheap, plus she doesn't come to CA to live for the summer (just visit) so we have to pay her rent all summer long. Maybe when hubby and I go to Reno for our mini vacation in two weeks I'll win a jackpot

I have my woman cave...no t.v., just my laptop, ipod, kindle and my napping couch :)

Thankfully, we dont have to worry about college yet. I just hope that when we do, my kids are smarter than I am and can get good scholarships....

No napping couch for me. Just a recliner. :D

I dont have a detailed list, but he is moderately allegergic to the world.

6 different molds
4 kinds of grass
penicillin
house hold dust
and a slew of other crap that my wife couldnt remember while she was walking out...

So living in our leaky house is harmful to him. But we cant drop the $30k to get the water intrusion fixed. Or the $25k to get the mold remediation done. Nor can we afford to move because of the problems we are now aware of.

My scale and I are not speaking. It was telling me terrible lies so I hid it. *sigh* need to get back on my diet too.... drats.

I know the feeling FV... I gained a pound in just the last 4 days... I was not happy.

Mine doesnt lie. In fact it doesnt say anything anymore.... I ripped out the battery and used the scale for target practice with the BB gun. Stoopid scale.

And good morning miss madam witchdocor lady person!

Thank you for both the visual and the idea... I plan to do this when I get home tonight!

Im still trying to get a couple of pallets of returns inventoried and sent out. But my motivation got lost somewhere. I would go looking for it, but I dont have the motivation for that either.

I think the only reason I managed to make it out of the house this morning was that my parents were leaving to go back home when I left for work! ;) I love them... but...they have SOOOO much more free time since they retired!

Your motivation is probably hanging out with mine somewhere. Mr. V can't find his either.

I think I overheard mine mentioning something to me about "jumping into a lake...." perhaps that is where all of ours are hiding at? ;)

OMG I want to cry now... Mrs E took CJ to the doc for his allergy test. They are checking for 60 different allergies. His back looks like someone used it for a dart board.

I'm sorry to hear that James! I remember that test... I went to an allergy center in Houston when I was very young (it was about a 4 hour drive) and if they still do it like they used to it was really painful. They used to have a device with two rollers with needles on them and it would roll up your back and ..... your skin and deposit different substances. They would do that with multiple different rollers. (It would probably not be too painful for an adult, but it sure felt that way to a young child). Then they would give you seperate ...... on your arms of the stuff that they believe you are the most allergic to... that trip really blew rotten eggs! :(

Sorry CJ has to go through this James but hopefully knowing the problem can at least minimize the issues.

As far the boat, have you heard what the best 2 days of a boat owners life are? The day they get it and the day the sell it. If my firearms were as reliable as a boat, I'd be better off with a rock.
