Evening posse. Whew, what a day. I got up at 5:30 this morning and started working at 6:00 so I could get enough work done so that I can finally take one of my Friday's off. I think I made it.

So... who's doing the cliff notes?

We have two huge flea markets places here. One place has 4 booths that sell vape stuff. The other place has at least one booth. There are no other storefront places nearby and they are only operating on weekends.

HI Posse!! Hope everyone is doing well! Word has gotten out about "I Know A Girl....." been busier than I had imagined I would be and we have also had a ton of FFA and Elk's obligations. I miss you guys and hope that I can stay caught up this weekend.

Hahahahahaha.Sounds like my Brother-in-law. He's from Gooserock Ky.(What is a Gooserock?) He moved up to the big city 50 years ago but still sits on his back porch with a beer,a dog,and a shot gun..

I think Mr. V is auditioning for a new series: "Hut People". He's sitting out back with his old dog at his feet, drinking a bottle of beer. With a .22 across his lap. This is about the time we get drop in company.

Clover must be near Gooserock.

Sounds like the average Friday or Saturday night in Clover. Except you can usually find a 12 or 20ga shotgun substituted for a .22. And there's usually a bug zapper close by, and the occasional shout of "HEY Y'ALL!!! WATCH THIS!!!!", followed by the sound of an inbound ambulance.

I may need to change into my winter wear at 6:30 p.m. it is down to 70* - remarkable! Wonderful!

We have one huge flea market but you have to pay $10 to park your car I guess it has a nice farmers market too, but hubby is not one to pay $10 to park.

We've got record heat going here right now. I think it's still in the 80s. I took a brief break from work at 4:00pm to go hit up the local DQ for some ice cream. Someone driving by in a car yelled at us while we were standing at the back of our truck with the back window up feeding the dogs vanilla ice cream. Something about ice cream isn't for dogs. WTH, are they the dog police or something? It's not like they get it every day, and it was only 1/3 of a kiddie cone each. Is that dog abuse?

My husband wouldn't either. Then again, our local flea market is 15 tables and it's all junk THEY probably got from garage sales. We don't have any big flea markets around here.

It got to 100 here today, AND I had to chase a guy through the woods! He wanted a cigarette after I caught him. So I got them from his pocket, and just as I put it into his mouth I broke it off 3/4 of the way down, lit it for him and said "You get 1/4 because you made me chase you!". I was not happy!

Mr. Crabbypants is MIA, and some guy called Mr. Sugarbritches is living with Stretchy. He looks just like Mr. CP, but bought her a puppy, a cake from her favorite store, smiled, laughed and said Thank You. We don't know where Mr. CP is, but Mr. Sugarbritches can stay.

My chickens are missing.

Orders were finally caught up yesterday.

DID's, ZAU's and ZAP's have arrived as well.

Janie is stalking UPS for an awesome package of memories.

I know I missed lots....

I would have thrown one of the bowls at his car, but I would have felt bad for the dog with the missing bowl. I love the look they get in their eyes when we give them the ice cream. Grimm especially, his eyes get really big and glaze over.
