She will be a beautiful pet. Look how sweet she is. Seriously that's one good looking chicken.Just love her.
I wish they could be house trained...Picture me telling Mr.????? that I bought a furry chicken. That may bring Mr. Crabbypants back though so it's a no go.

Oh OH and I think we have a rogue deer and (or) a raccoon. I have a finch feeder outside off my back deck. Two times this week it's been pulled over and today it looks like something took a big piece out of my Lilac Tree next to it.
My Newf sometimes goes wild at night. If he does that tonight I will spotlight it.

Morning Janie! Morning Stretchy!

To answer your question from yesterday, Lil Stretchy has grown a bit, and is getting feathers. You're seeing her in Mr. V's monster paws that he calls hands. She will be about a foot tall if I remember correctly from my DoDo chick. Nice medium size white eggs. But I am holding her and talking to her at least twice a day so she will be a pet.

HOT and humid here today. Thank heavens for air cond. in hut 2!

I was thinkin that..But you have the most BEAUTIFUL chicken so I''d have to have Stretchy of course.

Dixie is too cute. Of course you will have to take and post lots of pics when she gets home! But she probably would love a friend her size, like a chicken.

Let me know what you think. I found if you DO NOT REMOVE the cup, and use a syringe in the large hole it works better. The cup is nearly impossible (for me) to get back on. Plus, they didn't send me a drip tip!

Edit: totally missed your post on dripping into the top. I wasn't sure I could do that, now I'll try that method. I don't get a great "hit" off of mine. I set the ProVari at different levels and it still didn't perform the way I anticipated.
I dry burn all of mine before first time use, so the cup gasket has to come out. When putting the tube back over the stem, place the gasket on the cup, and take a drop of juice and rub it on the gasket. It lubes it up enough to slide up the tube without too much trouble. I got tired of waiting between hits, so I just took the cup back out and flipped over one of the gaskets from the old style and put it on the ceramic cup. It leave enough room for the wick to do its job, and has helped a lot with the flavor of the hit. The drip tip SHOULD have been in the box. Sometimes they are in the top, other times in the bottom. Be sure to check both ends when you can. If they didnt send one, it uses just a regular drip tip. Then you can contact them and ask if they can send you one. Ive never had to deal with them in regards to any customer service issues, so I dont know what kind of luck you'll have.

Make sure the flap is down before you rub your .....Does Mrs. E actually let you rub your .... in the kitchen? She's not afraid of e-Coli? She. is.That's why she comes quickly behind you to clean up the mess.
No flap for .... rubbin'. Its too hot for that. And of course I rub my .... in the kitchen. Where else would I do it?

And she clean up behind me because she freaks out at the thought of anyone seeing our house the way it normally stays. Shh. Dont tell her I said that!

Congrats!!! Way to post! Woot!!

I'm glad to know you aren't self absorbed...Your wife is a lucky woman.
I for one am glad to hear you don't rub and smoke your .... in the kitchen.
I'll have you know that I only rubb my .... in the kitchen. The smoking is done outside!
