Sounds like fun. I'd come over but Bamrz is having slushies..
And I have plenty to share! It actually came out more like those little water ices in cups you can get at the store. A little heavy on the Sunny D I guess!

Neither do I... I can only afford either a Darwin or a Provari... I am holdiong out for the Darwin. :(
Darwins are cool, but the folding side arm thingy was a deal breaker for me.

Fuzzy Sunny Navel sounds rather good. I haven't had a Fuzzy Navel since, umm, well, at least a decade

I'm glad both V & James are done with work! Let the weekend begin!!!

Pleasant day here today....only 90 - it actually feels good! Although we don't generally reach our high until around 4 p.m. It saves a lot on the AC!!!

AJ is out and about with a friend getting a shake. Hasn't had any pain meds since 8 a.m. I'm so glad he went to his friends (across the street) for the afternoon & now out for a shake. He needed to get up and start moving around a bit.

Me...I've been icing my knee most of the day. I can barely go up & down the stairs. Sigh....stupid meniscus!

I need to get out my yarn and hook & start crocheting again. The last two years I crocheted a lot over the summer and then I give the hats to the homeless here in town. I need to make more men's hats this year. I was really stuck on baby hats for awhile - there are so cute and you can dress them up with pretty flowers and ribbons :)

Sorry your knee is bothering you. It's been a couple of months since I crocheted anything but its relaxing to me. Do you use cotton yarn? I have a bunch I'm getting rid of cause I have way too much. You're welcome to have it if you want it. If so, PM me your address & I'll mail it out next week.

The night didnt plan out as I had hoped. I swear not even Mother Nature wanted me to have a good post season party. Not only did we get rained out, we got rained out with a vengeance. It started raining HARD right at 6:00, when we were supposed to start our family game. All in all, only FOUR girls showed up. Plus their families of course. That left nine that didnt. NINE. Back to the "I dont get it" syndrome.

But the pizza and video games were enjoyed.

Time to put the kids to bed and go to the mancave. I wont be around too much tomorrow. I REALLY want to get the boat done before it gets too cold.

Good night everyone!!!

um.... wasnt that the whole post? I thought there was something specific that made you fall in love with me all over again.

Me too. If it werent for her, I wouldve never tried a Stardust and I wouldve been non-variable-voltage-vaping for MUCH longer.

Sorry about your game getting rained out. Atleast you got some pizza and a night off the diet. Hope the weather is better for you tomorrow to work in the boat.

Do they still make Darwins?

Oh yes, but they seem to have run into a production snag as it has been 5 months since new ones arrived. For the price of a Darwin or Provari, it has to be an item that I plan to use for years and not replace (I'm cheap I know) and the variable wattage combined with auto-sensing of resistance just seems superior to me. Especially when you look at replacement battery costs on Provaris as well. The Provari looks sleeker though if appearance is important.

You have the patience of a saint.I would have been all over the Provari if the Darwin wasn't available and the choice was between the two.

G'Morning everyone. Hope everyone is having and will have a great weekend. Weather here is awesome right now. About 80 with no rain. But it is in the forecast. Lets just hope Im smart enough to get the boat covered up before it gets here.

you need at least 25% liquor to make it work right! 1 part booze to three parts juice. It'll work!

That was John Edwards not the psychic the adoubles from North Carolina.
Yep, thats my home state!

I ate almost double my calorie allowance yesterday. But the scale didnt show it this morning. It didnt show a weight loss though, either!

Good Morning Posse!

No one told Victor that it's sleep in day at the hut. coffee......
Thats what happens when you wake HIM up by doing an army crawl over him! Hes just getting you back!

Morning Posse! Weather is nice at the beach today. I'm "people watching " at the pool. One consistent thought I keep having as I watch people at the pool is just because it fits, does not mean you should wear it in public.

Ungh. Thats one of the biggest reasons I hate the beach/pool. Seeing overly large people doesnt bother me, but seeing them wearing less fabric than than they NEED is just disturbing.
