2 Air Force members and one navy member died in Colorado. I hate listening to the news.

I cannot believe that Joe Paterno didn't choke on his own bile in regards to what he knew about Sandusky.
There are pictures of the two walking and laughing...How could he stand him knowing what he knew.

More bad news.Like the book of Revelation.

Drott, have you read the whole book of Revelations? We studied it two years ago. I was always afraid to read that particular book. Glad I did now.

Morning!

Wow - it rained over night, enough to get the sidewalk wet  AJ said it was lightning out around 3 a.m. and I missed it! We got very very little rain & lightning is not good this time of year - too dry, even with a bit of rain. I'm sure we set a record. Last week when it rained for 5 minutes, it set a record  The record was for a "trace" of rain at the airport, more than the trace of rain back in 2006
Friday, we got three and a half inches in one hour. Areas not in flood plains were flooded. There was enough rain that it collapsed a section of roof on the uppity ritzy mall. It was crazy. And in my little shanty 20 miles away, we got a light drizzle that lasted for about two hours. One of those pleasant rains.

Chiropractor visit, not so good. My knee is getting worse, so now I have to ice both sides as it is swollen on the back side too. While she was adjusting my hip, I think she broke my rib (joking) but it was painful and now my rib hurts. I've decided I'm not going past the age of 50 too much is going down hill already. I'm in relatively good shape, I am at a good weight (well getting better), I can still touch my hands flat on the floor when bending over (flexible like that). So why is it that my hip and my knee go out on me???? I really think my whole left side should be replaced and I'd be good to go for another 50 years or so.  I guess I should have listened when I was told I should should not always carry my babies on my left hip :) But I'm left handed, and caring the them on my right hip just didn't cut it  Ramble ramble. I need good pain killers - might need to call doctor after all.

Maybe getting some pain pills will bring some relief for you.

I don't even want to try to put my hands flat on the floor. I might not be able to get back up. I'm not so much in a good shape as I am in A shape, a little on the round side. (thanks to James sending me that weight he's losing:p) I'm going back on weight watchers in a couple of weeks. All in all I'm in decent health besides asthma and allergies (yeah, I know, go ahead and bash me for smoking with asthma).

Hope you feel better soon, Janie!! Did you find a good book to read?
