Woahwoahwoah. Dont go blaming me! All I did was lose it. Its not my fault you found it!!!Maybe getting some pain pills will bring some relief for you.
I don't even want to try to put my hands flat on the floor. I might not be able to get back up. I'm not so much in a good shape as I am in A shape, a little on the round side. (thanks to James sending me that weight he's losing) I'm going back on weight watchers in a couple of weeks. All in all I'm in decent health besides asthma and allergies (yeah, I know, go ahead and bash me for smoking with asthma).

Well, first, I couldnt tell what they were. They looked like bullets with horns to me. Then the "Ni". WTH is "ni"? Yay or Nay, Ive heard of. No, I hear ALL the time. But never "ni". How do you say that? Nee? Ni (like Hi)? Still dont get it.That was the Knights that say Ni. A little small I guess.

I just tried Nutella recently...There is a god...I eat it on pretzels,bread sticks,bread,crackers,steak,spaghetti,chicken noodle soup and graham crackers.I also keep a jar of it in my car in case I get stuck 5 minutes at a railroad crossing.
Actually, I'm digging around looking for something for lunch. Peanut butter and Nutella is looking like a winner.

Chiropractor visit, not so good. My knee is getting worse, so now I have to ice both sides as it is swollen on the back side too. While she was adjusting my hip, I think she broke my rib (joking) but it was painful and now my rib hurts. I've decided I'm not going past the age of 50 too much is going down hill already. I'm in relatively good shape, I am at a good weight (well getting better), I can still touch my hands flat on the floor when bending over (flexible like that). So why is it that my hip and my knee go out on me???? I really think my whole left side should be replaced and I'd be good to go for another 50 years or so.
