Has anyone read the update on the nicotine levels over time experiment MadVapes is doing? They just updated it again for the 6 month mark... it appears that a clear pattern is forming with it.

Refrigerator - no change
Room Temp in an office - Lost 1mg in 6 months
Room Temp in Window Sill - lost 5mg in 6 months (light or heat changes either one possible)
Room Temp in Window Sill Open Bottle - Lost 7mg.

Only difference between bottle open or closed in window sill is it took longer to start losing mg of nic. After they started they lost at same rate.

I have the old Mako with long and short sleeve & the exhalers reg and short,@ GLVs.All from you guessed it.

Have you tried washing them? It goes against conventional wisdom to wash electronics but a fully mechanical mod can be washed. It always does the trick when my vmod acts up. I think juice gets in and causes a short. It would be unusual to have a break in the connection with a mechanical mod.

All in all not to bad.I keep my unflavored in the freezer. The rest is just setting everywere.:lol:But I'm sure it wont last 3-6 months anyway. So bottom line IMO is if your going to stock pile buy higher nig.

That, and make sure that you put it somewhere away from a window. It looks like it needs a relatively consistent temperture (as I am sure there was light in the office) and that the ideal seems to be that it is kept in a cold dark place!... hmmmmmm... Sounds like the start to a horror or mystery novel!

I guess that some of my long-term storage juice is going to be moved to the closet now...

Ha, that's a good suggestion Drott! Or, if you have too high nic juice sitting around just leave it on a window sill.

Heading home from work soon. It's so slow right now. Where are all the scraggly dogs that need a haircut? I work on commission so if I don't groom, I don't make $. It's gonna be a sad check on Wednesday:(

Boo! Sorry about that Tiff. :(
