The only reason I would complain about it, is because the $99 limit is too high. It should be $9.99.

OR the fact you ALWAYS run a sale of some sort after I order. See? You didnt believe me last time I said it, did ya! I dont feel too bad though. Its not like I ever spend $100 at one time.
