Really? Someone complaining about buying something 2 weeks ago and they want their shipping charges credited because you are running a free shipping day today??:blink:
Too short of time span (2 weeks), bad email.... the list goes on and on. At this point it's the last newsletter I'll ever send out. bah.

You need to have a rewards/penalty program. Reward customers that dont complain or have legit complaints, and everyone else can...well...I wont say it... But you know what I mean.
The title of every reply would be KISS IT! the email would contain a picture.
