Good evening Posse! Today is my Friday, so half my weekend is here tomorrow! :)

And I'm sitting here waiting on the UPS guy. Sort of vape mail coming, getting a box of bottles to hopefully move the last of my juice out of plastic.

OH Oh Oh....Didn't know Phillips had a seasoning out...It's now on my shopping list...before milk and bread
Phillips is a restaurant in Annapolis. We drive there from Nevernear just to get a crabcake sandwich...Going October 8th with my Daughter.I love it...
OMG!!! That Phillips???? We used to live in Norfolk, and they have a place in Waterside (big mall in downtown). I've been to the one in Baltimore too, when I went on one of Ian's field trips to the aquarium. Awesome!!!

I'm so glad I have a mac laptop. I have the main computer and son's laptop set to download updates when we want to, not when Window's wants to. If there are updates, I do them before I go to bed & then it shuts down for the night. On our last desktop I got the blue screen of death over and over - and it finally died. The motherboard went out.
See? That's what I want it to do, and what I told it to do! Just let me know when there are new ones, and I'll do them before bed.

It's to die for...We lived in Maryland for 4 years when Mr.???? was in the service. We always went to Phillips for Crabcakes,we went crabbing in the Chesapeake, steamed our own crabs.I wish in away we would have stayed in Maryland.I'd move back in a heartbeat.
Hmm, if the weekend looks clear I'm taking the bike down to Maryland for some seafood. I was going to do it when I was on vacation, but didn't get motivated!

OMG..Mr.??? was stationed at Ft. Meade. We lived on post and he was assigned to NSA.I thought we were rich because we had a townhouse. Every Sunday we would go to D.C. to the Smithsonian..It was free and we could buy a hotdog for 10 cents. We went for 4 years of Sundays and didn't see the whole Smithsonian..OMG...We're moving back...I just have to tell him. That should be easy.Right?
I love the Smithsonian! Yes Stretchy, you have to move back! Maryland is close enough to me that I could come down and we could raise he.... erm, go out to eat and stuff! :thumb:

SP... you need to do it one of two ways. The first you should be able to access the windows updates through control panel, but I want you to try this method first so that you do not have to look for it. Please let me know if this works for you. It will also prevent the automatic restarts that you are experiencing.

Note: This is yet another reason why you should never purchase a "Home" version of any Windows operating system... they give you about 40% of the functionality, assume the user is an idiot (much like apple there), for nearly the same cost as professional.

1.Click Start, click Run, type sysdm.cpl and then press ENTER.

2.Click the Automatic Updates tab, and then click to select one of the following options. Select one of the following options to prevent automatic installation and reboots... I recommend the first, but it is up to you. Please keep in mind that if you do not install the updates at some point, then you are leaving your computer open to exploits that are public knowledge. That is why I recommend the first option below. ;)
-----Download updates for me, but let me choose when to install them
-----Notify me but don't automatically download or install them

3.Click OK

Please let me know if this does not work for you! :D
This is why this computer is such a PITA!!! I let my son Ian pick out the hardware and software and set it up for me, and it has Windows 7 Home. GRRRR! The one I had before this one was set up by a friend that works in IT, and it was her old software.

Good job on the health exam James! My BP yesterday was 83/48! You wife and my hubby are in the same boat. I just can't get him to eat right. I don't buy any crap when grocery shopping, yet when he goes he comes home with the chips & sauce, cheese dip, fritos, french onion dip and he eats out everyday at lunch. Although he did put his pedometer back on and is trying to do 10,000 steps a day. My son begs him to at least go walking with him, (he can't run because of shin splints), and where does he want to walk to? Cold Stone. Its a 4 mile walk there, so he figures he'll burn the caleries on the walk home

Glad your Darwin arrived Drott....happy vaping.
My ex was bad with lunches. When I cook, it's pretty healthy and I usually make enough for leftovers. I'd pack some up for my lunch, but he refused to eat leftovers. :glare: So he ate McD's. Every frakking day! Until he decided he needed to lose some weight, and he switched to popcorn. Microwaved Orville Reddenbacher's. How in the devil that was ever supposed to be better than McD's is beyond me!

Hi everyone!! Everyone have a good day??

Drott, hope you're feeling better.

James, stinks you have to go to work and then they expect you do work.

Janie, that's a pretty low BP. Cold Stone creamery? mmmmm....I'd walk four miles for that.

JD, hope you're having fun!

Everyone else, hope all is good with you.

After I got back in my truck this morning , I took Morgan to her allergist appointment. She does have an eye infection and a sinus infection. They had to give her a breathing treatment while we were there. Went to the pharmacy on the way home to pick up four prescriptions for her. Sure hope she is feeling better by Monday when school starts.

Gotta go cook supper now...ravioli w/ pesto, garlic cheese bread, and caesar salad. Back later.

Nope. Im working on my 12th hour at work and at least one more to go. Depends on how badly I want to leave on time tomorrow.

Drott, hope you're feeling better.

I KNOW, RIGHT!!! No one told me that having a job meant I had to WORK. The nerve of some people....

Eesh... She cant catch a break, can she? We have to give breathing treatments to CJ twice a day.

No worries about the BP...it usually runs 90 "something" over 50 or so. I just had not had enough water yet. I can freely drink as much water and eat as much salt as I like (hehe).

Sorry about Morgan...poor little one! She starts school Monday? I'm not happy that AJ goes back on the 13th, way too early. Back home, they didn't start until the day after Labor Day. But we get more breaks than they do.

I still have two PCs and know how they work and know how to trouble shoot. After my daughter got her Mac before she started college, I fell in love with it and got one the next year and handed down my newer HP Laptop to my son. I remember back in 1980 when I first learned how to use a massive IBM. Okay, so I don't just collect cameras, I collect devices of all kinds

Drott feel better soon!!! I understand, I'm hanging out on the couch.

And...drum roll....my Mini VTube RED Apollo arrived today. Its so pretty, even has matching red batteries  Letting them cool off before I put them on the charger. Too bad its not pink, but one can't be fussy at the price I got it for!

Both James and Tiffany can come cook here. Tonight its patty melts, yes, unhealthy, but I'm too tired to be creative. Served with fresh veggies and tree ripened white peaches!

Patty melts sound yummy!

Glad you got your vtube. I'm sure you'll like it. I love mine:wub: I agree, pink would be nice:)
Yep, my kids go back to school Monday. Summer flew by! When I was a kid we always went back after Labor Day but now they start earlier and earlier.
I'm a gadget junkie too. Even though I am no good at troubleshooting electronic or technical issues, I LOVE my gadgets. I got a Dell laptop for Christmas (with a pink lid on it :D ), and I have a really cool Android tablet. I use it as my Kindle. Both are MINE and I don't share with the kids. They're not allowed to touch my laptop or tablet because then it would surely break. When something doesn't work right, I hand it to hubby and he fixes it.

Nope, she can't seem to get a break. She is pretty sickly, always has been. Then she gets the strangest things too. If it's weird and hard to catch, she'll get it. She came out of the womb sick, in NICU for a few days cause she couldn't breathe good. She was hospitalized 3 years ago for a brown recluse bite and then that turned into a MRSA infection. Then it took 6 months to get the MRSA under control, infections popping up all over her little body for months. Then she was hospitalized for asthma. Had to call 911 two days in a row last summer and they admitted her to the childrens hospital in ATL to get it under control. Anywho...point being that she is sick a lot.

I can cook ok, as long as it's no cookies. I prefer to be cooked for though:D

OK, I honestly struggle with lighter themes, and especially flower based, but all I can do is try try try.....

Johnsnhu, help school the new guy (me). I heard Phil mention a .357 in his vid, what exactly IS a .357 ?? I did a quick Google, and I see they are atty's, at around $20.00, but since I prefer the darker, and sometimes sweeter juices, and would curse mountains over tossing $9.00 EGO atty's, what is special about the .357's ??

I know... this is late, but I missed it... lol.

The .357 is AH-MAY-Zing! Its a hybrid Atty, and vapes like a steam engine! I've had mine for 6 months with no performance decline. Down fall: Your going to have a juice bottle attached to your hand.
