After the vet bill. Last time one of the boys needed surgery I told the vet that I get to pick out his next truck, as I made the down payment. Plus. 
They're really cute and the Lil Stretchy's are super friendly. They run to greet me and I have to be careful walking. They sit on my feet.

She'll be the only gal in the flock to lay plain white eggs. Everyone else will be laying different colors. Today's egg was light brown. I have 6 hens that will lay blue or green eggs. I love the green ones.
I've never had any chickens, and only thought they laid brown or white. Hmmmm, green eggs and ham takes on new meaning now.
