Yes, it was. Thanks SharonKit, it's a little difficult to tell on the video.

Titan: I totally understand. I wasn't going to order one for the same reason. Then I checked the batteries and I have about 10 of the ones needed I had purchased for another mod I backed out on (I think it was the GG, not sure), and I have 4 chargers. The 4081 is the very first e-cig I used and it's now put away, but I went and checked my supplies and I have 26 atomizers so I thought, what the heck, I've got the batteries and I've got the chargers and the atomizers that right now are just sitting around because I love the Screwdriver (have 2) and my all time favorite, the Prodigy (will have 2, second one is in the mail). But again, I have these batteries and I have the atomizers so now, I'll have a PV to go with them.
Yep, just ordered one for the same reasons. Mostly though, just want to look under the covers.
PS - This is probably not something you want to walk around outside or at an airport with. Pipe... batteries.... thing sticking out that you push... killshot to the head... whoops, we are sorry mrs. blah blah....
Oh, I plan to have fun with this one. I'm going to file off the corners on the nuts while watching some movie. Probably end up doing some sort of engraving. I think it's going to end up looking pretty awesome when I'm done.

I'm sure it's a real thin coil spring with just enough tension to keep the atomizer contact away from the battery so you can hold the cartridge with your teeth and apply light pressure to the end of the tube and push inward to make contact while you drag on it.
Seems this was moved from general, shouldn't this be in the review section?????
Thats cause your a Brit...
Sorry Kit, but I watched it again and the video doesn't even show his mouth, the most you can see it his chin. I realize he showed pushing the atomizer in with his finger, but it's difficult to tell how much pressure is used. I think what is being asked is how difficult it is pushing it in when in the mouth.
Doesn't matter too much either way to me, although I am curious. I've already ordered one and am excited to get it. I don't think it'll be much of a problem, but it would be nice to have an answer. If I really like it I may order another one.
No they are not the same. The cigs are the same diameter but the atomizers threads are different diameter and threads are different. The 4081 batteries will work in a 510 PCC because it just sits on the chargers connector and doesnt have to screw on to it.Sorry I wasn't around to answer this, Houdini is right again!
I've been getting several questions about using other atties. I'm really worried about using other atties on 6 volts. This 4081 has been tried and trusted.
On one of my prototypes the "switch" got stuck down...fried the batteries, but I'm still using the same atomizer!
BTW: some of you folks have the RN4081 and 510 atties...aren't the threads the same? Maybe someone can check that out for me? Never mind, they're different.
no problems i just understood what was going on in the vid sharon no offense that wasnt my intention sharon let me know how you get on with it anyway interested what you think to it,after using the SD.![]()
Hmmm, my mod, my site.
So...what shall I say, probably best to say nothing but here goes.
First, to the 2 positve posts: thanks very much for you positive reviews. I truly appreciate it.
Listen, I'm just a smuck turning wrenches at a Toyota dealer, just trying to make a couple of bucks.
I started making mods just for my personal use and posted them in the modders section.
The Copper (not "The Brass", sorry about the technicality there) got some great comments from people here.
The reason I decided to sell it was because of people suggesting I should sell it.
Funny how 2 people here that HAVE the unit give it good reviews, the rest that do NOT have the unit bash it.
Price: parts alone cost 15-20 bucks, time to build it about 2 hours. $56.00 is not excessive. Why don't you buy a "flashlight" for $160.00 instead.
Name: Funny...a flashlight called the "Screwdriver". You better start bashing his stuff too, and the Nico"stick" (it's a box!), and the GG (what the hell is that?) and so on.
Marketing: Dang, wish I had 10-20-30 grand to market this correctly. Can I borrow some?
Please, let me see some of YOUR mods so I can give my "mature" opinion.
Oh, I won't respond to flaming...I'm done with this post.
