At work, putting up Solar Panels, we sometimes use the Police as a barrier between us and traffic. We were in this one town for 2 weeks and got to know every Officer they have picking up the OT.
Anyway, my boss, a good ole texas boy, calls my 510 an illegal device, lol... So after getting to know these police officers, he told them I have an illegal device and they should come up to me and ask to see it.
Just happens to be the Chief of Police with us that day and he comes up to me, "Let me see your device" he says. (Im lol as Im writing this) I said its not an illegal device, its an electronic cigarette. So I proceed to explain all the parts to it and then give him a demonstration. And when I exhaled all that vapor, he gave the same response everyone does, WHOA! I have to get one of those.
I told him, Ill see what I have at home and bring something in for him to test out.
So the next day, we have another Officer, who also smokes. I told him, I brought this in for your Chief, Gave him a demonstration, then handed him my 510 Sit & Go USB PT, fully charged with a fresh carto. He tried it and LOVED it!!! He says, what am I going to tell the Chief, I want to keep this! Haha, I told him, ill see what i have at home for the Chief.
So, all day this Officer is vaping that PT, trying different juices I brought in. I occasionally look over, see him at his cruiser vaping. He said he hasnt had a cig all day! I gave him a business card to my buddy store and said, check this guy out, and if you have any questions, he will call you and explain everything!
He stopped by today where we meet the Officer that with us that day and told me.. man, i haven't had a cigarette since you gave this to me, i feel great!
Long story huh... well, he bought 2 kits for his parents that are in love with the 510's now, he did a co-op with half the PD for juices and kits, he kept the 2 510 batteries, PCC and attys i brought in for the Chief.
We had the Chief today again and he had the 510 USB PT... I was so impressed how this snowballed. The Chief also told me he hasn't had a cigarette since either.
Oh... and now my boss is getting a little interest since the cops & I are vaping.. LOL
