called him and he said that he could gold plate the aluminum but there would be multiple chemicals and it would give the GG magnetic properties that I might not want with my GG.. Still looking into it just don't want to ruin my beautiful GG...
He said something about having to plate it with nickel and copper before the gold and that it would make my GG magnetic and effect the batteries so it was a bad idea. I don't understand much about it but I have to take him for his word... It sounded pretty cool though.

I have already thought of that Emonty. It will save me from a lot of pain but it will get dirty very soon and you cant clean it at all!
