What did you do to try to resolve the issue with customer service? Hasn't even been 2 months for me and they are already working on it for me. CS has always been pretty good to me. Every now and then you get an idiot (re their first response), but they are helpful.
And they don't have enforcement for a better business. Otherwise Hollywood and high end clothing would have had all counterfeit manufacturers shut down years ago.

No Tracking = They have no way of knowing you never got your product.
Tracking = people get taken care of.
that tracking is identical to my last order. it felt glorious.
What are you talking about? I am waiting for them to do anything they are, I have written in and responded to all messages... clearly you are not grasping the totality here...
My most recent order has been sitting at the Shenzhen PO for four days now. I guess the Chicago container is not filling very fast?
Asti go to the fasttech forum under community and leave a message for sufie with your order # and the dates. She will usually respond in the evenings.
I don't think we ever got the totality as in what form of shipping was it. If it was standard airmail there is no way of anybody knowing if it was delivered or where if it was. There is no tracking unless shipping is upgraded on the order. In that case they know no more than you do. Not intending to be a buttehead just to explain is all.
IMO ignore standard airmail use because you never know anything abt the order and I have did airmail many times and it takes a month or more everytime (usually more) but that is just my experience in many many orders too many to count. Pay for e-pkt or a shipping method with tracking and it is free 20.00 or more and 2.00 on a tiny order. I have an airmail right now 7 weeks out there a tiny order. I would never order anything from overseas without a tracking # but that is JMO but I order lots from asia as in a dozen times a month and always use registered or something with tracking FT is just 1 of many I use. To each their own I want tracking so I know it was shipped and where it went.

Sometimes I think there's a conspiracy by FT and it's many shippers to drive us all nuts. Now my battery and liquid orders shipped via Malaysia are getting here faster than HK Post. Six days has to be some kind of record for Malaysia Post. Not complaining, just sayin'.
Interesting. I went ahead with Malaysian Post for the first time tonight because of your post. Ordered some more Chaplin drip tips... got a 5-pack. Doing something fun with them.

It will be my first order with FastTech so I am kind of scared/worried after reading the FastTech thread lol but with the prices being so cheap and me being a tight wad and having to have lots of vape gear lol I thought I would give them a try this once and if they pull through and I don't wait three months for my order then I will order from them always because their prices are pretty unbeatable, my local B&M can't even touch these prices nor would they try! I like to have all the shiny toys even though I can't use them all at once...its nice to have backups for my backups backups! Who knows I might find a new favorite device out of this order!

YAY FASTTECH VAPEMAIL!!! I had to go through a "restocking" on all of these, but it only last maybe 3 days. Posted April 12th, OFD this morning! So, essentially, 7.5 days in transit. That little aluminum nemmy is BALLS!
Order #10 took 9 days from clicking order to my door, #11 is already in the states, well ahead of its estimated 4/22 ship date when i originally placed. Both went china post e-packet.
Gotta say i'm pretty impressed with the quality of my new brushed stingray clone. Button took a bit of work but other than that its machined VERY well imo, really like the nearly seamless look and its already starting to get a nice patina.
