Ordered 2 Kayfuns around 6/28, Origin post preparing to ship ever since last monday :glare: contacted someone thru a ticket since this is my first order from FT so I just checked that that's normal wait time for not moving and they replied today. Said that it usually sits there for 1-2 weeks, so hopefully it'll move sometime soon!

Stuff sits at HK a few days then sits at San Fransisco or other port of entry a few days more.

Not really, they mean your tracking sits - Tracking can, at times, be a total joke.

Try plugging your tracking number into 17track

I'm thinking the fasttech shipping has changed since the last time I ordered. Then it was an order under $10, showed USPS First Class, had a tracking number, and took 26 days until delivery.

This order I placed the same way, under $10, shows International Airmail, doesn't have a tracking number, and so far it's been 8 days.

4nine in 18350 mode next to a genuine OliveR and some sunglasses for size perspective. Both wicked with rayon. Damn this guy is tiny

Maybe I'm imagining things but does FT Customer Service seem a little hinky when it comes to tickets? I've got two tickets going and I have had several in the past. I always find myself explaining the same thing over and over. It's like a pattern with them. Maybe I'm nuts but it seems like they want you to get frustrated so you'll go away. Either that or they're dumber than rocks. A package gets lost, the tracking shows this. After three months they are still asking me to check. Check what? They can see the tracking as well as I can.

Then I made the mistake of buying this thing :

$9.57 V42 Rebuildable Dripping Atomizer - stainless steel / polished at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

Looks like the pins push down for easy wire insertion right? Wrong, you have to pull the pins up and they are held by really strong springs so you need pliers or the like to lift them. So one hand pulling up the pin, the other hand holding the base to apply opposite force. Now what did I do with my third hand? Just when I need it to insert the coil wire into the ONE-SIDED post hole!

Fast Tech doesn't seem to understand the term "design flaw" so they keep asking me if it's damaged or do I want to replace missing parts.

Some days it doesn't pay to get out of bed.

Lol... Yea they are a challenge at times. I had an order with some 510 to ego adapters 1st i ordered 5 of the cheaper ones then next order after i discovered the cheap ones were useless I tried 2 or 3 of the supposed to be better ones. The 5 i just wrote off but when all 8 were the same (useless) I tried to explain and it took 5 or 6 back/forth reply's I finally said forget it and took em apart and fixed em myself she just couldn't understand they were all the same and I just wanted to know why when the price was twice as much on the 3. Then another time I ordered 6 buck converters and 1 was DOA now for 1.50 who cares but I thought I would make em earn it and opened a ticket said 1 out of 6 was dead. She said ok we send. A month later I get 6 in the mail. But ya gotta give credit man they do stand up and try to fix the junk when they goof.

Then I ordered a cheap little dripper and they sent 3 so I opened a ticket I wanted to send em back instead of ripping them off but she kept asking what was wrong with em. I never did get em sent back she wanted pics and I had no cam she kept saying no replace faulty item with no pic they were fine still laying in the junkbox all i wanted was my shipping to return them.

Mount a 510 on the table screw it on it then you have 2 hands or use a vise LMAO what a design.

Think I should post a paypal claim? I ordered a month and a half ago... My order was split into 3 shipments, all 3 shipments are stuck at "Item sent to USA" (One says USA, one says Los Angeles, one says New Jersey) and have been for 1-2 weeks.

Tomorrow is my 45 day mark, so last chance to open a claim before they have my money for good... I'm kinda suspicious, since it seemed like the statuses weren't updating and when I contacted fasttech they said it had to be stuck at one status for 2 weeks... 2 weeks rolls around, I send them a ticket, and within 30 minutes of when they respond the tracking magically goes to the next step. This has happened twice now =/

I have a question about this tracking message:

Despatched to overseas (Country code: AE)

I've done my research and have an estimate on when it should arrive once I get this message (approximately 10-days). But in your experience, how long does it take for your items to get delivered after this message appears in tracking? (I know that it is not the same for each country, but it'd be good if I can know for sure that it shouldn't take long :D) I've been tracking it on my local mail tracking service, and that alone is a good sign that my items are soon to be delivered. Shipping method is Registered Air Mail.
