You do realize the tracking systems are automated and from the Shipping companies, not fasttech? You have no claim or reason to assume anything suspect within fasttech control.
Likely your orders will eventually arrive if in US territory unless Customs disagrees. Again - Not Fasttech fault.

So I'm either done with fasttech forever after this order or i'm coming up with a plan
i ordered in may and still waiting, the tracking just says it's on it's way to los angeles, it's been updated a few times but i waited a month for it to be sent to los angeles...this is getting crazy already, like i have a nemmy now, i'd love to get the hybrid kit, but by the time it gets here my nemmy might be broke for all i know
my other option is as soon as i get each order to reorder something that same day and in a huge bulk order for what i want and then i'll have more than enough time, 2 months at this point to get money together for my next order
i just like that fasttech has everything i want in the same place, some similar stores the selection is limited...but if focal or angels either catch up, there will be no looking back

was there any batteries or juice in your order? if so did you use the malaysia post?
Customs holds up any batteries or juice sent and ft had to start shipping those only by malaysia post...otherwise they get hung up forever between china customs and then us customs....
ft is good for more or less a one stop shop and prices (although anymore seems the prices on somethings aren't that great anymore, while others are still awesome)
but yeah never make an order if you are needing it asap
figure at least a months wait time for shipping...have you contacted ft yet? They may be able to see what's taking so long...although if you placed the order in may you should be receiving it any time soon.

didn't think of the battery part....i ordered 3 things, 5 pack of protank heads, a cell phone external battery source and a gp paps brass clone
the heads and battery are in once package, the gp in the other......at this point i just want the mod since i started rebuilding my tank heads and don't really even need them....the cell phone thing was cheap and i saw a guy use it on a bus trip for a bachelor party and thought it was a good idea
for the record, ordered from fastech, within the time it took to get to me i received two packages from focal with no fasttech in site

Delay awaiting fulfillment - any items waiting to stock, etc.
Shipping method used
Items in stock or ships next day - I have never, NEVER, waited more than 30 days. Most within 14 days. I have ordered some 20 times in the last 8 months.
I do not order loose batteries or e-liquids and NEVER use SP or worse Swiss.
Same goes for the Focal orders - if simple and in stock, they should have gotten to you quickly.
Do you even bother to run your tracking numbers - try 17track

I've only made one order with them so far,but i will definitely be ordering more.My kayfun glass kit said ships in 7 business days,it ended up being like 9 but no problem,it shipped July 1st and i got it today,so it came pretty fast.I did go with the $1.50 upgraded shipping though so not sure if that made it any faster or not.
I'm so stoked! My orders should be here tomorrow, a Pegasus mod, penny mod and 2 2 puffs adjustable drip tips

i already talked about the iteams i ordered
there is no excuse for this, if it's out of stock then it's the sites responsibility to list it that way so people don't order, not the customers to be ok with it, it's actually bad practice for a company to list something on the site that that they are waiting on stock, until it's in their hand
i track my stuff everynight at this point, ordered on 5/22, it's now 07/10....stuff if ridiculous and unacceptable even by china standards, i've ordered many times from china from multiple vendors and multiple industries and nothing has ever taken this long, fasttech not only needs to improve drastically but has also lost a customer

Whats the differance between when it says ships next day and in stock?

Ships same day or next day is the fastest. In stock means it should ship within 24-48 hours.
"ship next day" is faster than "in stock" by about a day from what I have seen. But I only order if they are one of those choices.

Fasttech is always looking for NEW products to bring to the customer They Introduce these as soon as they have a deal. i.e. contracted and ordered.
They ALSO DISPLAY EXPECTED RECEIPT/SHIPPING DATE on every item they carry or will be bringing in.
Now and then a Manufacturer will not meet expected delivery - Do you really think FASTTECH can control that?

why are defending them anyway? are you affiliated with them?
and yes fasttech needs to improve, it's pretty simple...product says ships in 7 business days and it takes 16 business days
so when a product says in stock and i order it, then get an email that its out of stock...that ok? because i don't believe it is
i know i'm going to get my products but this is absurd, angelcigs and focalecig from here on out
