ok.. I cancelled... that's a real bummer... well I went to eBay and ordered me 2x Efest 35A. If I gotta spend more then I'm gonna get EXACTLY what I want lol.

Just remember those are 20 amp continuous, 35 pulse......

From what I've read, they're relabeled Sony VTC4. I picked up some LG HE2 2500mah, 35a (20a really) for the extra runtime.

I just bought nautilus BVCs and couldn't use paypal. Here's the blurb

"PayPal unavailable due to: Authentic Aspire nautilus Mini BVC Clearomizer Replacement Coil Head"

I used paypal about a month ago for the same heads. Something has changed.

Same thing happened to me today while ordering authentic non-nautilus coil heads.
I had to enter my credit card info manually.

Man they have piss`d me off.

The other day I received a damaged package from them in my mail box. It had been put in a plastic bag, so I was not sure if the 3 dollar drip tip was still in the package or not.

IMG_20141110_170502.jpg

No, the 3 dollar drip tip is not in the package.

IMG_20141110_170526.jpg

I figure well, I`ll just take a picture and tell them what happened and they`ll replace it. They where good to me on a broken tank, so I expect they`ll understand this and take care of it.

But NO, a long 2 day drama ensued where they should have just come out and told me I was lying.
-------------------
FT: Sorry to hear you don't receive anything in the package, but we indeed sent you the item, we can't send you a empty package.

We can see the package is broken, so the item should have lost on the way of transit.

Have you got any post sticker that indicate the post received broken package?

ME: Have you got any post sticker that indicate the post received broken package?

I`m not sure what you mean?
Should the mail service have taken responsibility for the broken package? There was nothing attached to it or making proof that it was damaged, but someone put it in the plastic bag?

I am sure you guys put the item in the package, but I do not know who damaged the package?

Please let me know if I should do anything? I doubt my postal office will take responsibility for it.

Thank you,
Randall

FT:I don't mean your postal office will take responsibility for it, i mean if your post office received the broken package, they will mark the package as broken, so that you can see they received the broken package, then we will arrange refund or resend for you.

But by far, there is no sticker or any proof on the package indicate they received broken item, so we may can't arrange refund or resend for you.

ME: OK, I will go to my post office and get something in writing that the package arrived damaged. I will then submit a photo of whatever they give me so that you can see it.

For you to suggest I am lying really irritates me. If I can not trust your shipping, then why should I continue to buy from you? How am I to know that I need proof from my post office for you? I received an EMPTY package!

NOT HAPPY WITH this resolution. Please keep this ticket open until I submit whatever my post office gives me.

Thank you,
Randall

FT: Even we trust you, it doesn't make sense,we just do as per our policy, we can see clearly from the picture that the package was broken, if the post office received broken package, they may marked it as broken, so that customer can determine if they still need the package or reject it.

ME: So it is my fault for taking the package home and inspecting it better than I can do in a very busy post office? I should have refused it, after waiting a month for it? How do I know it is in there or not?

Or is it the post office fault because they did not put a sticker on it that you say they should have?
I will confirm this with my post office.
Iv not had this happen before. I expect people to do what is right, not rely on policy to tell the customer he is out of luck due to situations that are out of his control. If it is a waist of my time to get confirmation form my post office that they did receive this package in a damaged condition please tell me now.

You are chasing me off for a 2 dollar part. But if that is the case I will have to buy elsewhere. This is beyond what is fair and I cant accept it if it happens again. I did not expect this response from fasttech, I had a good opinion of fasttech up till now, but this is just not right, not right for business, not right to blame it on the customer or lay blame on the post office. Simply not good business.

Thank you.
Randall

FT: We know no matter what we say you will be angry since you waited long time and received nothing.

But we are so sorry that in this case we really can't replace it for you.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The honey moon is over. I can get just about everything they offer on the bay of some other source. For them to treat me like this on a 3 dollar part is beyond reason. All the warm fuzzy feeling I had gathered for the people of china seems to have melted into slag. I`ll buy elsewhere and at least know that I`ll have a much lower chance of going through this frustration and the insults again. "F" Fasttech.

And I`ll cal USPS and let them know they screwed me out of a 3 dollar part due to there complete lack of competence, but I know they will not care in the least and will get over it as fast as you can say public service union.

Thanks for letting me VENT.
Today`s chant is: "F" fastech.

I've never heard that before, there was a big discussion in the P3 thread in the Provape forum about batteries, Provape was gonna give efest the thumbs up, until they posted about it here and everyone let them know how they are. I've heard too many horror stories about them to even bother. Too many other quality brands out there to worry about those. I did hear that "subohm" or one of those other new brands are the relabeled Sony's. Personally I use Sony, AW, MNKE. That's all I have in my collection at the moment, still waiting on the verdict of some of these new brands that are popping up.

Someone cut off the wrapper on a 2100mah 30a efest and it was a Sony VTC4. Not sure what the 2500 35a efest is (LG?). They also use peak amp ratings vs continuous. I have a pair of 3100 20a efest that are 4-6a continuous but will peak at 20a for 45-60 secs which is more than enough for vaping. I've also read the LG 2500mah 35a is 20a continous which is more than enough for any Evolv board (16a cont. max).

*All Efest batteries I'm talking about are purple.

That`s a good idea, I will go see. Thanks for the reminder, :?)

Damn if I was`nt in love with the idea of being in love, but the biatch wound up being a skank!

Sorry to hear about your issues but it looks like the packaging was deliberately ripped open. It's not really FT's fault. I do agree it's stupid to lose a customer over a $3 part though but companies have policies they need to follow. Maybe bring it up to a manager?

Paypal only ensures that you receive a package, not the contents so they probably won't be much help. If it really bothers you and you used a linked credit card, you can do a chargeback. CC's will always step up for you unlike Paypal.

Hope you get some satisfaction.

Oh ya, :?) I hear you. I`m going to have to practice some acceptance for sure.

This most certainly is not worth the 3 dollars for the frustration it has caused. But good business is not all about policies, its about understanding and doing the right thing when things go south. For them to piss on me over a 3 dollar DT shows that they will not show much good faith in the future. Besides, I can get most of what I was buying on eBay and get it in a week. I have spent over 100 bucks with them in the last 6 weeks. To just give my the SOL rue tine over a 3 buck DT is just bad business on there part. If they do it to me, they`ll do it to anyone, and if it don`t happen soon, it will happen later. Iv still got about 5 packages inbound from them, :?(
I try to be a real frugal person, that`s the way it has to be in today`s world, but sometimes the only person you are cheaping is yourself.

Live and learn, but principles mater to me.

Yup! I likely won't be near the 20 amp range. I just want to ensure I have enough headroom for anything crazy I might try. And yes I know and will do the math and testing before firing any experimental coils I may or may not try.

I definitely agree with you about understanding and doing the right thing but you have to realize that you were communicating with a drone cs person that could care less and is just following policy. That's why I mentioned escalating to a manager (if they even have one).

Doing a chargeback is easy. Call your cc and dispute the charge and they will credit you. Simple. In this case, I would do it more as a matter of principle because most likely Paypal won't do anything unless they receive the chargeback and then they'll go after the vendor (FT). All it takes is one 5 min call to your cc to get the ball rolling (and companies HATE chargebacks).

Already in process.

But at this point I cant justify anymore time spent on a 3 dollar issue. The real principle here is they lost a good paying customer. I`m a small business proprietor myself and I know from practical experience what this kind of attitude can do to a business. Live and learn, and never forget.

Thanks,

Well just to interject MHO, I think you are wrong. FT did what they said they were going to do, they mailed you a drip tip. It was the postal system that ripped the package and lost the drip tip, not FT. Not sure what kind of "small business proprietor" you are, but if you start paying for other peoples mistakes, you won't be in business long. It is the postal system that you should be complaining to, they are the ones that lost the drip tip, not FT. I have somewhere around 30 orders from FT, not had one packed wrong yet, yes some of the stuff was real junk, but they sent what I ordered.

This is not an attack against you, I just think you are blaming the wrong company for your problem. JMHO

I have to agree with burnie, isn't fasttech's fault that the package got damaged.

I had a TOBH dripper I ordered from fasttech, my mail woman being the awesome mail delivery person, delivered my package to the wrong address (right house number, wrong street) I didn't go after fasttech, I went after the post office, after 3 days it did get sorted out, but even if it didn't get sorted, I wouldn't of even sent fasttech a message, as was nothing to do with them, they did there part, they packaged it and mailed it, after that it shouldn't be there problem, it's the luck the mail system doesn't mess it up.
