Think I'll avoid ordering anything else that has to go through Singapore. Would not mind it taking a while if they would just doe some decent tracking and give you hope.

Days later - Dispatched to over seas

I have to agree with burnie, isn't fasttech's fault that the package got damaged.

I had a TOBH dripper I ordered from fasttech, my mail woman being the awesome mail delivery person, delivered my package to the wrong address (right house number, wrong street) I didn't go after fasttech, I went after the post office, after 3 days it did get sorted out, but even if it didn't get sorted, I wouldn't of even sent fasttech a message, as was nothing to do with them, they did there part, they packaged it and mailed it, after that it shouldn't be there problem, it's the luck the mail system doesn't mess it up.

I can agree with both of you, that is one way of looking at the situation. My way of looking at it is that for three bucks, they could have saved me allot of frustration,(I will not deal with my PO over it because they are just as bad at showing any sort of responsibility or CS), and they could have made me really appreciate their service and respect for me as a customer.

But I`m over it. I went on fleebay and got a much nicer DT for about two bucks more and it`ll be here within the week, So its all good.

And looking at some other stuff on ebay I wont wait a month to get anything anymore. They had their chance, it was worth 3 bucks,,and they told me to stuff it.

It really was on them, not me. But everyone sees stuff differently so its no big deal.

Same thing happened to me today while ordering authentic non-nautilus coil heads.
I had to enter my credit card info manually.

You're in Montreal and I'm in Ontario.So far the variables are Canada and Paypal. I've tested it twice since it first happened and again now. It's still the same.

Fake Panasonic batteries on FT? Nope, that's not true.
I ordered from them the grey CGR18650CH, the green NCR18650PD and NCR18650PF. They are authenthic and great batteries.
The shipping sucks

Btw purple Efest 35A use LG 18650HE2 cells which are 20A (pulse 35A).

I placed an order on the 29th and it is still apparently awaiting shipment. Since you have seen movement, hopefully mine will show up soon, too. I am sure people were refraining from placing orders during the Hong Kong troubles. Lately I have had good luck, with eleven days being the usual. Not this time.

That's a bummer, 0mg. Any details about what the holdup is?

I placed my first 2 orders on the 31st. One made it here yesterday, and the stuff with "ships in n days" just shipped last night. One of the "in n days" items had to go through a second round of "ships in n additional days", which was a little annoying.

The best part? My order included two foggy tridents. I got one of those, and something terrible they're calling the Miser RDA ($9.41 Miser Rebuildable Dripping Atomizer - stainless steel at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping). It has the most ridiculous build deck I've ever seen. First ever Fasttech order, and I can't decide if I should open a ticket. I definitely don't want that thing, but don't know if I care enough to ship and wait. I probably will, but I'm not in a rush.

The trident I did get is a big improvement over the used one I got a while ago, so that's a plus. And the Magma is very nice.

It was really funny. It said ships in five days, but they showed the picture of the package on the 29th. So now I have waited the usual time plus the five days.

Fewer orders, takes a longer time for a shipping container to fill up. And we are talking about sheecawgo, too.

This was also three Orchid 4's.

It's has to be said ebay is not an option here in the UK everything vape wise is marked up 200-500% plus shipping.100+ orders from FT and free shipping they even offer epacket to us now 5 days to the UK for $3 amazing! I don't feel so bad about you in the US now USPS are spectacular bad they never marked the package as damaged, I wouldn't have touched it and charge so much for shipping it hurts.

It cost $15 for me to send an o ring tracked to HK

It does look like shipping has slowed down since October but there were warnings they are going into peak times.

I don't know about Uruguay but in the US, batteries are easy to come by and cheaper. Batteries and devices with built-in batteries shipped from China can take months to get here.


*Edit - China is also notorious for selling cheap and/or used batteries re-wrapped to look like new. A few years ago, they used to disassemble discarded laptop batteries and wrap those and sell them as new.

That happens to some of my packages too. Processed thru China and then at my local hub with no scans thru customs (Jamaica, NY). Other times, it sits in customs for 1-4 days.

Never had one not scanned at customs, but yes had them sit in customs for days, worse one was sat there for 7 days, guess they was short staffed then

I had one show up 14 days after it processed thru China at my door. Went thru customs, my local hub, my local PO all in 4 hrs.

Well finally got my order and everything was fine! took a couple weeks, but was worth it.

No sure on fastest (sure others will chime in) but on my last order i switched it to USPS via Hong Kong Post and get my order in 10 days from when it left FT's hand.
