I am looking to place my first order with fasttech. I'm hoping to purchase a rda dripper for testing my DIY juices. I notice that for any one particular item (like a Mephisto rda) there are numerous listings with different price points for the same item. What gives here ? Are the items from different manufacturers- different options ? - they all look alike. May I ask what the preferred shipping method to the US west coast is these days ? Any recommendations for a RDA ?

Not necessarily different manufacturers, but different suppliers for sure. That's when you have to dig into the reviews and discussions to decide which one. Also, some of them will say "in stock" and others will say "ships in x days." How quickly you want it can decide that too. I usually just stick to the default "USPS First Class" option. I've been getting my in-stock stuff within 1-2 weeks.

I've heard a lot of good things about the Mephisto. Great air, great flavor, and you can actually drip right into the drip tip, without having to remove the top cap.

Have a friend that got one of the 17$ Atlantis clones and the 1$ a piece Atlantis coils in both 0.5 ohm and in 1 ohm... after I suggested he didnt.

He is telling me the tank is pretty much a 1:1 clone and that he cant tell the difference between the coils. He says he prefers the 1 ohm coils, makes mouth to lung a little easier, uses a little less juice and works great on his provari mini.

Im kinda an Atlantis fanboy, but for anyone looking for a cheaper alternative... well there you go. I read the reviews on FT... they seem legit.

Man i'm probably the only one... but i cannot for the life of me get behind the V4! Too many pieces, too many issues... i personally find the Lite+ to be the finest of the line.

I kinda lost interest in Kayfuns when I got my Heron/Puffin (version A) set up nicely. Authentic Heron spring + sera wool = one hell of a cloned atty!

I just need o-ring replacements, just ordered a pretty good cross section of o-rings from FT, will report back on which ones fit (if any) if anyone is interested.

I know, I'm almost tempted to pay the extra $2 for shipping just this one item. I just really don't wanna scrounge for another $20 order. I did that THE LAST TIME they came out with something cool I really wanted (the order I just placed ).

There is a reason that Fasttech is referred to as SlowTech.

Ordered a Manta V2 on 12-14-14, "Ships in 5 days".
After 5 days my order showed that it would now ship in another 3 days.
After 3 more days it showed it would ship in, IIRC, another 5 days.

So I sent in a query asking if they could nail down a firm date on when they would have the thing in stock.
Quick friendly response but waffling with respect to information.
Sorry for delay, did I still want it? Yes I do sez I.

So the current 5 days are up and my order doesn't show anything for a shipping ETA for 2 days or so and then.......
