I got that little flashlight but the 14500 version to try to use up the few 14500 batts I got. Its weird but it killed 2 of my efest 14500 batts(they refuse to charge now...shows error). I put a AA in it and it works and they charge fine. I'm looking at a pile of spent 18650's so that light should do it for me. The flashlight is great for watching my pups outside in the dark.
I just carted my flashlight and original price was $6.44 and after the KUNGHEI discount the price is 5.47. Thats more like a 15% discount and not 20%. I assume the discount should be 1.28 off not the .97.
I had a glance through the FT forums and came across this so the 20% discount is toast now.

massive difference between the 250-350 lumen ones and that one, so worth it! I've been using XML-T6 flashlights for years now because they are so much better than my old maglights at a fraction of the cost.

Thx for the heads up on the flashlight. It's nice to know what else might be worthwhile. I've been looking at the knives for something that would make a good general camping knife. There's a number of camping things that look interesting. And who hasn't wondered about their tablets?

I don't want to tell you what to buy but many folks, myself included, find that strobe mode ......worthless and annoying. Trying to remove strobe mode from led (circuit pictures included)

I have been happy with these 1-mode lights for going on 2 years now. The 502 has a larger head and is a little larger diameter than the 501, but light output is the same............blinding and impressive. I should note though, mine had a 1200lm emitter - bought on ebay. Good luck.

??? It's actually pretty handy for getting someones attention, and for what it is (Blinding Mode), I've used it on bears/raccoon's and it did the trick one click and it's gone anyways..

I use my flashlights extensively in the summer, I need Hi/Lo mode or I'd have to carry a pile of batteries since these things use 10-12 watts. :X

Yes, your right, ........if I meet a bear strobe would probably be useful

There are many, many options with flashlights today and just like with vaping, we all have our preferences.

My average wait time is about 20 days(longer if it gets stuck in customs), I've gotten some in 6 days with the epacket, I've gotten another in 50 days (since it was shipped).

Just hope it left asia before the holiday lols, I have a roll of 316L marked as shipped on the 30th, hope it's on its way

I also have 2 18650's, some cotton and some CE4 tanks/batteries I plan to give away to random smokers scheduled to ship on the 17th.

Ended up passing up on grabbing a Reuleaux with the 20% off, scooped up a Cuboid from the local B&M w/2 Free VTC5s, and honestly that will hold me over for the power levels that I actually use. Ended up using the 20% to get a handful of UD wire really cheap, some Muji in bulk, a bunch of DTs, and some replacement parts for my Goblin mini. Might throw a couple of RDAs in on another order while the 15% is still running too. Figure I might as well take advantage of it, even if I wont see it until Mid Summer LOL.

It doesn't look like your pkg made it out before CNY. It can take about 5 days to see the "shipping to destination" post. That's when I assume it's out of the country and on it's way.

Yeah that ended up being my thinking about it as well. Once you couple it all together, then factor in the extra wait time since batteries usually come a little slower from FT, and the cost of a 4 bay to keep things married it just added up to be too much to put down right now. The cuboid was right up my alley with being dual battery, as I am still running just my 2 bay charger. Once I start upgrading my equipment as a whole Ill be getting a Reuleaux, but for now, this will satisfy me.

Yeah you really cant beat FT for the prices, some other chinese sellers will have lower prices, but won't have free shipping, thus putting it at the same or higher cost, with worse Customer Service. All around they really cant be beat.

If only I didnt miss the sale on the brass PAPS I wouldnt mind a SS one, but the Brass is just so sharp looking.

Oh wow, That price is very nice! Their closeout section has a ton of decent mechs for a good price. I may have to flip through there and grab some backups. Another good site to add to my radar!
