Thanks for confirming.
Almost 2 months for an order from FT. New record!
No big deal as it was just 3 boxes of Nautilus coils and I always have a bunch in hand.
In any case, be really careful when placing an order you need relatively fast... make sure your order total is high enough to get better shipping options... and don't order batteries from Fasttech unless you can wait 4-8 weeks for the slow boat!
FT takes forever, but out of the 10 orders or so I have placed, all have arrived (eventually) as ordered.
Anyone know how long it take to get a credit back on your credit card after cancelling an order?
Me too, @crxess. I order way too much from there. It's mostly parts and stuff though. Right now I have 2 orders floating over the ocean. I have one pre-order pending. That's the one I want to cancel and order elsewhere.
You can choose a refund or gift certificate. I chose refund to my card.FT usually issues credit in the form of gift certificates. When you purchase something else just enter the gift certificate number.
The area in Hong Kong where Fasttech does business out of is a 'special economic zone'. The government has alot of incentives and subsidies in place to allow their manufacturing industries to flourish and thus, dominate the planet's manufacturing. Unlike western shipping rates, the special economic zone in China ships on a 'weight only' basis. They ship out a large container of goods and it doesn't matter if it contains one piece or 1000 pieces... it is only charged by it's gross weight.I have tons coming this month, it's a spring/annual ritual getting ready for summer I guess ! ..LoL
I still can't figure out how they can ship a $0.80 item for free, I can't even send a letter down my street for that amount let alone package it in a bubble wrapped envelope, print the label and take a photo that it was ready to ship. No online merchant in North America can even match that by distant mile !

I'll guess sixteen days from date of order.I made a couple orders on fasttech, no batteries. One order on 3/19 (shipped 3/27) and the other 3/29 -- any guesses on when they'll get to the US?![]()
