My orders have taken between 15-28 days from the day I ordered.

DebiK, always best to estimate from Shipping notice. Also smart to choose HK Post if possible. I can stand trying to track China Post.

When ordering Small value items - under $25 there are 2 options.
Free shipping - Wait and wait
$1 or less - Tracking option - changes shipping method and speeds delivery.

I can Honestly say, I have only had one Tracked order take more than 14 days and that was on USPS delaying delivery after the package reached the US.

* I placed a USA order for lawnmower parts(Riding mower) From Order to Fulfillment took 35 days.(no indication of Delays upon ordering)
Shipping took 4 days.
The supplier I ordered from shipped from received stock and they are located 80 miles from me in the Same State.

Guess I should have answered from ship date- 8-28 days. I don't know what happened with the 28 day one. It was shipped same day. o_O The majority are between 8 and 16 days. My orders are always big enough for tracking. I don't want them floating over in a bottle.

Anybody else having trouble paying by PayPal with VISA gift cards? I know those cards are US only, but my China purchases have always gone through when I use them through PayPal. Worked with 3FVape just a few minutes before, and a China store on eBay a few days before that, but got declined when I tried to pay for my FT purchase.
Did you have any Aspire products in your order? I don't remember if it's PayPal's rule or Aspire's, but one of them doesn't want to do business with the other, and so you can't pay for anything Aspire using PayPal. What you can do, is buy something else that costs the same, pay with PayPal, then cancel the order and get your money back as a gift certificate. You can then use the gift certificate to buy anything on the site, including Aspire products.

...I suppose you could probably just straight-up buy the gift certificate, too, but the "order something else and cancel" method is what I have heard most.

The gift certificate works allright but if you want to spend only the sum of the product you can use the "cancel order" method.

Ah, are GC's only available in certain amounts, then? I guess that would be why the order and cancel is mentioned more, with so many items on the site it can't be hard to find something that adds up to exactly how much you need.

This week, Fasttech has climbed to over 50,000 vape items on their website.
Should be something there you like !!

Vape onnn...
Ha, maybe this is why my entire wishlist vanished yesterday and when trying to add something to it says I'm over 1000 items (maybe 25)and can't add to it. They've finally overloaded their website!

That happened to me a few months ago (the 1000 item limit). I deleted some stuff.

But, I've added a lot more since then, a lot more than I had deleted. It just keeps on going!

I'll guess sixteen days from date of order.

Just got the first order yesterday, so that would be 12 days since being marked as "shipped"(and 14 days since placing the order, you were pretty close! ). I got an email this morning about the second order, seems like one of the ~10 items was holding up the order, and will now be sent separately.

Thanks, but nope, just some drip tips, bell caps, replacement glass (Goblin mini) and a Diablo mini clone. :?:
I think they might've changed some of their Paypal settings (or Paypal might've changed it for them :grr: ). Used to work fine before. Still works fine with the other China stores.

Yes, GCs are only available in fixed amounts: $5, 10, 20, 30, 50 and 100. Plus you have to find where you can buy them. My account >> Settings >> Buy Gift Certificates.

Hi. The thing with Aspire products involves the authenticity.
You'll have no problems buying from FT or paying with PP for authentic Aspire coilheads for example
as long as they're sold with the aunthenticity code. Where you run into problems paying with PP
is when you attempt to purchase Aspire "style" items.

Edit: Actually that's when you try to purchase Aspire items not labeled "style"
but missing the authenticity code. When it happened to me the customer service agent who spoke with me was quite candid about it.
--------------
That's been my experience when ordering clones however
as I write I\m waiting for 4 packs of authentic aspire coils which I paid for with PP.
They just left the customs/USPS office in NY.

Regards,
Hazy

Credit however is issued for exact amounts and redeemed as a gift certificate on checkout.
Had to do that a couple of times. They're pretty good about it.

I got a surprise trying to order a $2 watch and that was blocked for paypal. There was a note telling me which item wasn't allowed. Sometimes it feels random.

Paypal has issues with clones so that may be why. Ya know, was it a 2 dollar Rolex? LOL.

Not really.............PayPal responds to Complaints and takes Manufacturers Seriously.
It is simply about product protection.

Aspire simply tells PayPal - Fasttech is not an Authorized seller of our product , therefor we will not Support our product sold by Fasttech.
PayPal recognizes it's Responsibility in customer support and Blocks such sales.

Meanwhile, Fasttech sets up a work around and offers darn good Support on Authentic Product at a more affordable price. :D

Gamesmanship
