Have they taken their website off-line for the reorganization?
I imagine so it's prob so they don't get a thousand opened tickets complaining about the wait. But i'd be freaking out right now if they wouldn't had just shipped my order exp bc it's kinda a big 1.

Their Datacenter had a power failure that took down some servers this morning, there is a post in the services section of the FT Forums about it. According to this, the website itself was down, but their shipping service is housed seperately, so they were able to continue shipping. I also should have stated last night in my post that the inventory organization is occurring on the 17th and 18th, for those 2 days FT wont be shipping any orders.

We apologize for the outage - we're back online - shipping was not affected: FastTech Forums

I took a leap of faith and ordered the steam tribe nautilus coils. It's odd there's so few reviews on any of their coils for any atty.

I hate coiling but a girl's gotta do what she's gotta do. What all purpose wire do you recommend for my stash? I vape around 1.5ohm usually.

28g kanthal is a good gauge wire for higher ohms. Maybe i missed it on another post but do you have an rta? Bc the nautilus isn't rebuildable.

I have about everything due to my mad scramble for a nauty backup. I have several subtank rba's. A couple kayfun's and I've heard the GS coils are easy rebuilds. A couple CLR packs too. I may get the kabuki rba but I haven't heard great things about it. What have I missed? Lol. Oh, the assorted kanger dual coil tanks. Geesh. Too much.

Worst case scenario would be FT listing new equip that US addresses can't buy. That'd be torture.

Missing - Unfulfilled, Back ordered, re-back ordered and now Inventory Delay - should the Parts even arrive.
One lousy part of an order that was a Next day item(in quantity) to complete build of 5 Tanks.
Every other Item on that and Later orders have arrived.

If and when(I hope) these parts arrive, I will finally be done prepping.

I was curious about ss wire and the notched coils.

Sent from my LGLS992 using Tapatalk
Ss wire runs at alot lower ohms than what your usto. You could easily use it on one of your kayfuns as long as your mod can do that low of ohm. Alot of people think the flavor is alot cleaner. Also the notch coil will only fit in a few tanks none that you listed. And i wouldn't say it's a coil really ment for mtl use.

If your worried about the looming fda regulations I'd def stick with rta's. Not to say you can't rebuild coils or rba's. But in the long run a quality rta will out last any rba any day.

Some 30 and some 28, so you can see which you prefer.

I generally build my KFs with 30, 7 wraps on 2 mm for 1.5Ω, as I prefer the quicker heating and cooling. 28 is a tad slower, but conversely holds up better to repeated re-wicking.

Wish there was an edit using the phone ap. I'm looking at Health Cabin (free shipping to US) and some interesting rta's. My issue with kayfun is plastic tanks. How's the Lemo drop?

Sent from my LGLS992 using Tapatalk

There are Kayfuns on FT with glass tanks. I'm getting a Merlin RTA for my MTL, low watt use. Has an airflow restricter tube you can add, and from what I've read, does quite well for low watt, MTL builds. I'll have it by the weekend and can give my own impression after.

Thx. I liked the $5 price with free shipping at hc.

Another option if you want to stick with the kayfuns,is to buy the ones at hc,then fasttech sells the quartz kits for a couple bucks each,i think they are around $2.50 or so.Back when i used kayfuns,i got a few of those kits, they are pretty nice.
