Not sure what's up with FT computer. This morning I ordered 5 items, all "in stock" or "ships next day", but once order completes, 1 has an ETA of 9/7 and 2 have an ETA of 9/8, but they are supposed to ship on 9/6. I went back to each item and they all still said "in stock" or "ships next day", color me confused.

Well I'm still confused by their computer, all 5 items shipped today (or at least there is a picture of the package with my address on it and a tracking number ). So the ETA's meant nothing, and it shipped a day early. It is coming Singapore Post due to one item with an internal battery, so it will be the end of the month at least before i get it. In the past Singapore Post tended to add a week compared to USPS e-packet, but I only had 2 options, the other was PostNL, which I have never used. Anyone in the US ever use PostNL?

Guy at my work used PostNL by accident on 2 orders, 1 came within 10 days, the other he is still waiting on and been 3 weeks since it shipped.

Sounds like luck of the draw on them. Really don't matter as I don't order e-liquid from FT at all, and very very seldom order something with an internal battery. I just wanted to try one of the Eleaf iCare's, looks interesting and for less than $14 I'm curious as to the vape and if I can rebuild the coils. I normally don't order new stuff until there is a lot of reviews, but this one sucked me in.

You can load your gift card to Paypal and pay that way. That's what I do.

Most recently issued gift cards are US only. At least Vanilla Visa. You can pay with a regular CC on FT. Or just open a PP account. It's easy.

Nothing has changed that I am aware of at FT due to the FDA, it seems the same as it has been for years. As far as I know there is no age verification, you can pay with PayPal (which I use), CC, and bitcoin. The only thing is shipping e-liquid and batteries, very limited choice, if any at all. With the internal battery device I just ordered there was only Singapore Post or PostNL as shipping options. I tried to order loose batteries a couple of months ago, they took my order, but then I got an email that they could not ship them with any carrier at the time, so they gave me a refund and shipped the remainder of the order. If I have an option, I select USPS e-Packet, I seem to get the best time with it. YMMV

For the first time after many orders and support issues, I am very unimpressed with FT.

I recieved a $12 mod that has the logos put on upside down. Due to the threading, it can't just be flipped. I wanted to return it or swap it out as it looks idiotic. I sent clear pics and after more than 2 days, I recieved a response from Fasttech. They want a video showing the defect but don't have video capabilities so are asking me to upload a video to YouTube and send them the link.... for a $12 item.

I responded that this ain't gonna happen and will see their response.

Anyone else recieve moronic requests like this from FT support. Usually they are pretty good.

Not sure that's only FT. I have had requests for vids and screenshots for some things. I think it's a way to blow us off. I just reply "no".

And that's fine. If they want me to buy elsewhere over a $12 mod, I'm good with that. They can see I have spent almost $1000 with them this year, so if they want to blow me off, it's not going to upset me.

Just funny to me that they want a video but don't have the capability to accept one. Who the hell would actually bother to put in the effort to record and post a video to YouTube for a $12 item? Unreasonable.

Not the point. It isn't as represented and has a manufacturing defect.

Tell them, you are sorry but don't have the capabilities to record a video and the pictures will have to suffice.

I think they will make it right, at least I hope so.

Hey buddies. I used to be a regular on this thread, but I can't remember my old login... it's been over a year since I've made a FT order! I'm still using the last two things I bought, exclusively, and they still work great!

That's a very pretty mech. But somehow I can't see it becoming valuable enough
to make me worry about my grandchildren's inheritance.

In 2015 I had FT demand pics of the defective Vamo 10 I bought from them.
I sent them about 20 pics. All in front of a bunch of stuff I bought from them.
I didn't really mind though it was hard to demonstrate the problem in pics.
But I think asking for video for an upside down logo is ridiculous.
