I have been down the road with the ft video game. When the clouper mini was so great I got one of the first batch. It doesn't recognize battery usage. Told them I didn't even own a smart phone let alone know how to do videos. Needless to say I was ....... I still order from them but I just finished my last order. Of course I got no benefit out of the deal but it made me very careful what I order.

I love going to ft and putting random stuff in my wish list... And then every two weeks or so depending on my budget I place orders - nothing big so as not alert my wife that I'm off buying vape stuff - I'm waiting on a shipment now - it just touched down in San Francisco Ca -

I just tend to order and forget - that way I have pleasant surprise every two weeks or so...if I need something earlier I just purchase stateside...

edit: hcigar vt75 silicon case - drip tips from wotofo - just a couple things that may show up any week now lol

Here's a happy FT story. Order placed on 9/2 for some coils listed as shipping next day. It's being delivered to day, 10 days from order and 8 days from actual shipping. Honest. Here's proof.

And I have another small package from them for a drip tip that's at my local postal sorting station and should be here tomorrow. That order was place on 9/1 (I know, I could have ordered them together, but when I ordered the DT, I didn't think I needed the coils). with arrival expected 9/13, under 2 weeks from order and 12 days in transit.

I cannot complain about that service, especially as the prices were well under anything in the US, and in the case of the coils, out of stock everywhere in the US anyway.

The are getting better and if you know how to work your orders it helps.

I placed an order yesterday afternoon for 9 different parts, one had a 9 day lead time which I cancelled and now it is in packaging status and will very likely ship today. Pretty good!

Edit: Shipped this morning. 18 hours after initial order AND they had to process a small credit....

I don't know of any place that beats their prices on coils or has so many brands kept in stock. Buying packs from 3 different shops really adds up in postage. I don't understand why places will sell the tank but not stock the coils and that happens a lot.

Got my latest package today,this one was right at the 10 day mark.Mostly stocking up on stuff,got 15 of my favorite drip tips,some spare parts kits for my Griffins,etc. but i also got a few rda's,and if anyone is looking for a very nice mtl single coil rda,check out the Narda clone that Fasttech sells for like $11,very nice rda for the price.

This is a real pet peeve of mine. If you sell a tank, you should stock and sell their accessory coil. It's wrong to have to spend time shopping around for coils and paying extra shipping charges for something so necessary to using the product.

I see that the "video" thing is something that is a pain for others.

Ive always had a great experience with Fastech. Yeah, shipping can sometimes take more than 10 days, but for the most part, less.

Theyve always been courteous and quick to respond, and like I said, never gotten anything outright damaged or pure junk.

I ordered a Kayfun mini from them because its been getting rave reviews and another member highly recommended it. It also had another great plus for me, NO LOGOS.

I got in less than 10 days, I was excited, cleaned it up like all new atties, noticed one of the orings that are in the area of the Juice control was broken, no biggie , replaced it ( probably with the wrong one ) got it all set up, take a puff , great.... Then after 3 builds of great then dry hit, realize the JC is not opening. Fiddled around, went for rebuild number 4 and cant get the damned chimney off the base....

I tried the freezer, the stupid rubber bands, rubber jar opener, nothing, stuck.

Contacted Fastech and they wanted photos , then the video then they say they can send me a new base and chimney with my " order " .

Order? I have to spend more money to get something I already paid for? 6 PMs and they offer me to send parts with order and give me 5 US dollars.

Why cant they just send the replacement parts? I told them either they give me a full refund cause I aint satisfied.

THey say satisfaction guaranteed. Im not stubborn, I dont HAVE to have a refund, but why not just send the parts and tell me where to send the non-working parts back?

Anyone else have a similar thing happen?

Out of my 20+ FT orders, I have only had issues on a few. EVERY time FT went the credit route. They NEVER mentioned a full refund/return/replacement part shipment. Most of my orders are mechs or tank parts, so hard to be completely DOA.

I did recieve complete junk yesterday. 2 Nemesic clones. They were $5 each, so I didn't bother opening a ticket as I wanted them for parts anyways.

And that's fine. If they want me to buy elsewhere over a $12 mod, I'm good with that. They can see I have spent almost $1000 with them this year, so if they want to blow me off, it's not going to upset me.

Just funny to me that they want a video but don't have the capability to accept one. Who the hell would actually bother to put in the effort to record and post a video to YouTube for a $12 item? Unreasonable.

Best of luck. Something similar to this seems to happen to me on a regular basis, usually its "I order plated and they send my painted". Broken they seem to understand, but not right, no fit, nope, they don`t get that. If you got it, and its remotely right, it was right. No amount of splaining will do, you got what you ordered they tell me. After 6-7 days of long distance ticket snafu (splaining) and then desiring to strangle someone with a very small neck, I`ll just go and file a claim with paypal. That usually works, unless they demand you send it back and then it costs more to send it back then it cost in the first place. So, I`m back to buying drip tips or sub 5 dollar items only there, I go elsewhere for mods and stuffs. I feel their ticket system has become much more about loss prevention than actually addressing mistakes they are responsible for. BOL, :?)

I just got the latest reply. They say that replacing the chimney and base is same cost as the whole item. So they now cant do it.

They said to get refund I have to send the whole thing back. Has anyone shipped to China? I doubt its only a couple bucks like I paid.

I might have to open my first PayPal case.

Oh well, should have known, I never have much luck with clones. Only one I have that I still use and works and looks great is a little Nectar RDA. Fantastic, just as nice as the real one I have. I almost forgot, I don have a great Taifun GSL that is really nice, cant tell it from Original except for screws.

Live and learn.
