I've got several gift certificates from canceled items but when I add any of the gift cert codes into the coupon code box they say invalid coupon code. What 's up with that?

That is correct ... ICR's a higher capacity, low current batteries, they are not high drain and therefore impossible that it would have a high current rating of 32A limit to them. So either OP misread the listing, or there is a typo in the listing.

Do not use ICR batteries in anything other than a protected, regulated APV, these are not suitable for use in a mechanical mod. If you need a good IMR high drain battery, Samsung 20-R, 20-Q, and 22-P are very good batteries, with the first two listed being the best.

Also, it has yet to be determined that Sony VTC4 are the best as the last time I checked there weren't any published tests on them yet ... don't get sold by advertised amp limits. There are high amp rated batteries that actually suck at delivering power at amps over 5-10 Amps.

Actually "new" Hybrid ICR's have both very high current output AND high capacity...but they aren't cheap

I also believe they charge to 4.35vdc, but can charge perfectly fine in a normal Li Ion charger to 4.2vdc but will have slightly lower capacity...nice thing is with less stress they will last alot longer

EVOD coils...very easy to do a "Tuneup" if they aren't up to snuff

I used my first Gift Cert Code last night and at first I was using the wrong number as I was in a hurry. I didn't read the page correct at first glance and was entering the old order number that appears on the far right. After a couple of tries I realized the correct number was the one on the left.

Drip Cat, the gift certificates go on the second page of the order, if my memory serves me correctly. NOT on the first screen where there is a box for coupon codes. On the second screen.

I know I am not being too clear, but I can't actually try it out right now. Also be careful when you copy paste the code, that there are no empty spaces before the code or you will get an error.

They do work, but we often make a mistake as to which box to paste them into. You are definitely not the only one to have asked.

Put the gift certs in the box that appears when you hit Gift Certificates. Not coupon code. It's on the bottom right when you checkout.

Made of chromed brass. Yuk. Chrome will wear of especially the mouthpiece. You don't want to ingest chrome.

Hope this is the gripe section as well. Made an order on Dec. 7th 2013 and still not received! They will not issue a refund, reship or declare order lost even though it has not been handled or rescanned since Dec. 21st. Can't even get the .41 cents back for faster shipping. Totally disgusted even though this is the first order that has gone astray out of about 10 orders which, before changing to singapore post service, usually ran about 15 days.

Yikes, that's kinda surprising since they usually seem to be pretty good about that sort of thing. Can you open up a dispute in Paypal? That should sort it out quickly.

You worry to much.

Almost ALL Clearomizers contain Chromed Brass parts.
All China Coils are NiChrome - Nickel and Chromium

Have you switched to Glass bottles for E-liquids yet? Plastics leaching into e-liquids.

Remember anything Custard or Buttery may cause Popcorn lung.

That's not really true at all...if the item is not received, and you open a ticket up and tell FT, they will do an "inquiry" with the shipper and confirm the order is in fact lost...this "inquiry, the shippers all request/require 8 weeks, to complete....after the 8 weeks if the order is till "lost", then FT will refund you your monies including the shipping , at your request via the ticket system there..or reship it again if U so wish...

OR just go to their FT order support Forums and post the issue with the order number and ATTN Sufie (FT Staff) will help you and get this matter resolved immediately now, since its over 8 Weeks from the shipping date, presuming it was shipped prior to 2 months ago/8 weeks 17 Dec..

Had a similar problem with multiple GCs. I was trying to use the newest one first. No go. You have to use the oldest GC first, the one on the bottom of the list.
If copying and pasting the GC# make sure you don't include the space. It will also show as invalid if a space is included.
