Does anyone have a replacement for fast tech? Sure they're deals are awesome but it's a bit frustrating placing and order 6 days ago, to be told it won't ship until the 3rd, and usually takes weeks after shipping to arrive.

theres focalcig but probably the same hassle as fast tech but if you want it cheap thats the only way, wait and wait... and wait. lol

just got my tracking number and pic of my packaged mvp v2 today that was ready to ship from Wednesday lol, hope its here before st paddys day at least. half the price of ANY b&m ive been too, which is all of them I can find near me.

Some of them have been taking a really long time to be in stock.

Order placed 12/25 is still in route. It was in New York for 10 days, and just moved to NJ today. This order is going to pass the 2 months mark days before it arrives. I'll never order any knives from them again unless they ship by themselves, much like batteries. Now they're sold out, and my order is "restocking(?)". They are ok as long as you don't want long legs on them, I got some thinking would be good to use on my Ithaka clone, but the legs not long enough though, but will work ok for things like protanks.

Order only - In Stock or Ships Next Day(confirm inventory available) and it will Be out within 48hrs or less.
If it says Ships in 10 Days and you order - you chose to Wait.

The pouch is prefect, just the right size for 2 6mil tanks and a spare battery, nice compact size, well worth the money.
Drip tips, well they are drip tips.
The precoiled NR-R-NR, same problem as the ones with wicks, legs are not long enough to use on Ithaka clone, good for protanks etc, not so good for RBA like the Ithaka.
The tank is really nice looking, not thick glass, but can't complain for the money, but they are not 6mils as advertised, I got 6mil tanks and this is smaller, I would say it is a 5mil tank max, but I will be ordering more though, as do look good.

I could tell from the pics they are 4x1mm wicks. 1mm wicks a crazy small, it would take 38 gauge or higher for 5-6 wraps to come out to the resistance they claim if the wicks were that small. Also, you can actually see the 4 wicks in the pics, they can't be .25mm each. Good question, but my point is they are very far behind production/stock on such coils. If that's what you want, be prepared to wait much longer than the claimed ETA/"in stock" status.

I bought them for a friend that is interested in making his own replacement Protank coils. The worst part about a delayed order is when it's a PIF item that you couldn't care less about, but have already cancelled twice from previous orders due to lack of stock. It reminds me of USPS ETA dates that passed days ago, yet do not change. I can't blame FastTech, but like many of "us" FT veterans, if the item is not "in stock" or "ships next day", any claim they give as to the availability is pure conjecture. Don't count your chickens...

thing that annoys me most about FT is when i order something ,and then i get ships in 5 days ,,after 5 days it goes ship in 5 days AGAIN

I haven't ordered them, but I read it as 4 Times 1mm wicks, meaning 4mm total for the wick. Could be thinking wrong, as a 4mm wick is a little big, but .25mm (times 4) silica is sorta small. Just my thoughts.

4x1mm make a 2mm by 2mm block - Not as big as you would think.
