Got this reply back. Looks like we'll have to wait it out.
Not sure why they call it "registered mail". I paid for the e-packet option.

"Sorry to hear this issue.
As per the tracking, the item has left origin country to destination country on 5/12/2018.
For registered postal mail, the tracking is not updated in real time. This tracking status would be updated only after the item clears destination custom and is handed over to local post office for delivery. This stage could usually take 1-2 weeks.
As now it is beyond the mentioned time frame, we will submit enquiry to the post office to institute investigation for this item. They may take maximum two months or 60 days to finalize the investigation. You can verify this with the concerned origin post office.
We will update you for any feedback and refund or reship your order once the post office verifies your package as lost.
Please kindly note that registered postal mail doesn't provide definite delivery time and the transit time quoted in checkout is an average and typical time frame. We hope you will receive the order shortly.
If you have any questions further, please let us know freely.
Thank you for your understanding."
My one package that has never hit customs after this long kind of concerns me. And the other one has apparently never left China, so what gives, lol.

I've already submitted a support ticket to request a status on both of mine as well. I'll post the response I get as well if it's any different, but that's probably a canned response they use for all related questions. I've never seen a response that readable in a support ticket from them, so I'm betting it's a standard copy/paste response. ;)

Well there's always a credit card charge back I guess. I'll give them a little longer before going that route. I'm honestly not a big fan of ordering from overseas at this point anyways.

    I have a feeling it's a USPS/customs issue and being overloaded.
When I ordered it was around the time it was announced tariffs may be coming.
Everyone may have panicked and ordered a lot of CN goods.
I envision stacks of packages just waiting to be scanned....LOL!

    Open a ticket.

Somewhere in that ticket, deploy the phrase "PayPal dispute."

Something magic happens and the package moves.

That's what I done the last time I shopped at GearBest, the item for like stuck in The Netherlands w/out any movement for 3 weeks.

Once I told them that a dispute would be filed with PayPal, my package was 'found' & arrived 6 days later. Someone got the lead out once I mentioned PayPal.:D

These vendors doesn't like PayPal getting involved, maybe why many US vape gear sites won't accept their payment method. However, many credit cards carries purchase protection that's better, sometimes doubling the warranty up to a year.:)

Am awaiting a package from fasttech now, two packs of the Vaporesso NRG GT CCELL 0.5ohm ceramic coils. These works well in my Cascade tank using the included GT coil adapter. Made a 60ml batch of Real Strawberry of The Flavor Apprentice brand, best I've ever created & maybe best yet, still vaping on the same ceramic coil mentioned above.:D

That's why I'm stocking up, fasttech had the best price & less than $1 for faster shipping.:)

$8.30 Authentic Vaporesso NRG GT CCELL Coil Head (3-Pack) 3-pack - 0.5ohm (15-40W) at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

I finally got one of my orders from fasttech. The order was placed may 9th. It stayed there till May 30th when they finally shipped it, then took two weeks to get to me. Once they shipped it it wasn't bad. It was just getting them to ship it in the first place that was difficult.

I've never tried those. I can't see me removing the drip tip and putting 1 of those on my tank though...and then removing it again and replacing the drip tip to use the tank.

I've ordered and used the drip tip covers though, that many people laughed at and made fun of because of their shape. They do the job of keeping grass cuttings out while I'm mowing pastures though, and hay bits and dust while I'm cleaning the barn and stalls.

I'm thinking of buying these strictly for summer use. I run a lot of tanks, usually at least 6 or 7 at any given time. When I go to bed at night sometimes a bug gets down on to the coil then I'm vaping bug juice and don't even know it till I take the tank apart to wash it.

Last summer I used balloons from the dollar store (just stretch them right over the whole tank). They do the trick but they do end up ripped after a few uses so I thought stoppers would be more durable.
