I am happy to finally say that my package from the July 4th sale finally arrived. then I had a package from late July/early August that took only 3 days from FT to cross the pond and was delivered just 1 day after the late one. At least I got all of them even tho not always in a timeframe I would consider normal.

Another question.... Does anyone think its now safe to order from China? I am looking at another company there but have reservations about ordering. Any experiences from anyone? Or if you just want to offer any thoughts or suggestions, I am open to listening.

I had an order delivered 6 days after being accepted by China Post ems. It was delivered on July 28. I’ve got two packages in Transit now, one from FT and one from 2f deal and they are moving along at a good clip! I feel like it is safe right now.

Six days from acceptance by China Post to clearing customs at NYC's JFK. Should be delivered on Thursday. Yay! I've got another e packet package that's still crossing the pond, but it's way too soon to be worried.

No, but all mine are shipped USPS.
It's when they are shipped by other carriers, you might get charged.

I've had three packages arrive from China over the past couple of months and I haven't had any problems. I chose the United States e packet shipping option, so all were shipped USPS.

Placed my first FT order on 8/19 and picked Singapore Post for delivery, let’s see if it arrives in 20 days or less.

If you have an issue with an order on FT, you should open a ticket on the site. If their customer service doesn't help you with your issue, you can go to the Fast Tech Forum on ECF and post your message to @anniepan there. Link to ECF FT Forum is Fasttech

Yeah thanx.....I have a ticket already...but it seems the service personal have mixed up my whole order. Me writing more about it seems to complicate issues. Will try your solution

If you're not getting anywhere with FT customer service you need to go to the FT customer forums and ask Anniepan for help. It's the "Community" tab along the top when you are logged into your account. It's best to use the "Feedback" forum. It's always worked for me

FastTech has very responsive customer service, in my opinion.

And good news... no customs charges yet on anything I've ordered from them or from another company in China proper.

A friend just got an order from another Chinese supplier through DHL and didn't mention any issues at all,4 days from order to his door step.
