Don't give up so easily - not all their customer service reps are on the ball. Go to the FT forum and page @anniepan and tell her your problem. Use the "Feedback" forum. I find this is a more direct way of getting satisfaction than going back and forth with CS for a week or two.

I already filed a credit card dispute, but I am willing to give your advice a try. Thank you for this thoughtful information.:)

    The sale would be great except 2 of my packages are touring Nanjing. 1 package for 18 days & I paid for USPS E-packet usually takes 7-14 from Beijing.

    FYI: for those who don’t know FT is rerouting a lot of packages to Nanjing as they had a Customs issue where packages were being sent back to FT via Beijing.

    I don't recall that I've posted here before. Currently, I am unable to sign into the site. I think I was able to a week or 10 days ago. Seems I saw something about a national holiday (in China) posted somewhere...

    In any event, I seem to only get caught up in a loop of never ending Captchas.

    Too bad it’s not us lol!

    Update: my accessories package shipped on June 13th made it today to NYC. A few more days & it’ll be home :D

    I really want the 2nd package, it’s the Coppervape Hussar Project X style rta. Shipped on June 20th :grr:

    I'm having a problem with at least 1 GC on FT showing no $ available to use, though they are there and the dates show they are still valid. I've not used them already either. Don't want to go regular CS route.

    Anniepan is on the forums on Ft.She is great,she seems to get stuff taken care of really fast.

    I think you'll need to open a ticket with Customer Service first. It's only when you get nowhere with them that you can try Anniepan on the forums. If you try the forum first she is going to tell you to open a ticket.

    One must go through the process :rolleyes:

    Makes sense, she'd have to have a reference number to use to get anything done. :thumb:

    I took advantage of the July 4th coupon & am trying Hong Kong Post as that should bypass Nanjing.

    But it hasn’t shipped yet, 1 item is expected in few days.

    I’ll post here if it’s any faster.

    I did a small order on July 4th too and it shipped on July 5th. I briefly thought about trying a different shipping method then I chickened out at the last minute and went with the ePacket again. I've waited 2+ months on other options so I thought even if it takes a month with ePacket it's still faster than the other methods.

    Last night I placed an order for some Doggys, a True, a mod, spare glass and drip tips. I was careful to limit this order to things that were either in stock or would ship the next day. As soon as I placed the order however, I went back to check the shipping status estimates for each item, and the shipping status estimates had lengthened dramatically. There were items in the order that weren't supposed to ship for 3, 5 and 7 days. This morning, however, I had a message saying my package had shipped. Just goes to show you, you can't take FT's shipping estimates too seriously.

    As I always do, I chose the US E Packet express option. Has anyone used this option recently with either good or bad results? I know things are a little different these days with things touring Nanjing before departing for the U.S.

    Once shipped, got my ePacket to Canada in 7 working days. Won't buy a smart phone or laptop from them but am quite pleased with vape gear experience. YMMV
