I wouldn't want to fly a plane with a belly full of lithium batteries

While I agree with you that there is a slight risk (most everything carries a slight risk), well packed batteries that FT ships are almost risk free. The bigger problem is the lithiums packed in devices (laptops, tablets, mods, and the lithiums powering the systems of the aircraft its self.

Looking for some advise and or help. I ordered from Fasttech on Feb 27, some items were not in stock and I had to wait which was no problem. I was told that the last item would be stocked by the 12th of March. Then a day before the 12th, Fasttech emails me to inform me that they would be splitting this order into two shippments? Ok? So they ship the first part of the order......a day later they email me and tell me that one of the items in the first shipment was wrong and it will be re-ordered and shipped via e packet. And this was followed by another email stating that the second part of my order (the item restocking on the 12) has shipped. They made me wait two weeks to ship, only to divide the shipments a day before it arrived? Topped off by one of the items being marked as ready to ship since placing the order and only to find out that it was wrong for two whole weeks? <- I received this item last Tuesday shipped E packet, Note it was the last shipped item also.

The first shipment:Destination Country - Usa:Tracking Consuming:0 Millisecond, Cache Time:2014/04/01 08:54:34

11 days to airmail to ISC LOS? Look at my second shipment which was airmailed a week later and is already on US soil.

As you can see the second shipment only took 4 days to reach US soil. I submitted a ticket to FT yesteday, they replied not to worry that it is in transit and that I will receive my package?
Did the package ever leave Malaysia? Is it in US custom in LA? Any help or advise would be most appreciated.

Once More still in english - HKP(Hong Kong Post) Claims - Loose Batteries are NOT shippable.
HKP CLAIMS Built in Batteries are Okay - i.e. EGO, MVP, etc.
SOME JACKASS decided to show their authority and KICKED your package back.
It Happens
Nothing Fasttech or You can do about it.
Not their mistake or yours.
Not their fault or yours.
Welcome to the world of government employees.:glare:

Heard and understood you the first time. No need for the attitude, man. Only point I'm trying to make is FastTech should not have allowed me to order via HKPost if there was a possibility it'd get kicked back. I would have much rather selected SingPost when I checked out to avoided any delay in shipping. This is why I will not be ordering from FastTech again. It's called being proactive in trying to avoid issues before they arise.

Okay, so when they went to pull the Bin with your waiting Items - they found One was picked incorrectly - Verified during packaging preparation. Good to know they double checked! Things do happen on occasion.

Need to look for better Tracking options. Tracking Sing Post is a pain. China post can be worse to track at times.

Try plugging your tracking number in here:

Um, the problem is not the flashlight that was shown to be ready to ship from the get go....they sent this by way of E packet and I already have it. I listed this to show or point out that it was the last shipped item and that I already have it.

The problem is 2014-03-21 15:41, Item sent to ISC LOS ANGELES CA (USPS), MPC PMIH (KLIA) 11 days and it has never arrived to LA.
The second shipment 2014-03-27 00:57, Item sent to ISC LOS ANGELES CA (USPS), MPC PMIH (KLIA) is already in LA and only took 4 day to arrive.

I fail to see why another tracking option would be of any use? Fasttech Staff shows the same tracking that I have access too.

What we have been trying to tell you is that sometimes employees of usually reliable shipping services decide to reject packages arbitrarily.
That seems to be what happened to your package.

It is not FT's fault, as HKP doesn't usually result in rejections of MVPs. FT could not have known beforehand, and when they found out, they made it right for you.

If you are more comfortable ordering domestically, then that's probably what you should do. It's a trade-off.

Herp derp, waited a month for a package to ship. It got delayed due anodized nemesis tubes, so i got them to split the package.
Very nice now they sent the package!

However they sent it to spain and not sweden... (spain country code: ES | sweden countrycode is: SE)
So they got it mixed up, i think this is singapore posts fault and not fasttechs.
(I can read that it's stated sweden on the package due the image they give you)

So I think I finally found the truth about where our packages go during those extended times when "origin post is preparing shipment".

I feel ya! Mine is coming thru Malaysia Post, also. No clue what's going on, been 5 days since it was supposedly sent to NY. Not an issue with FT. I just don't know what method of shipping to use. I tried Singapore and it was 32 days. Tried China post twice and it was 24 and 34 days. This time I had 2 ego batts in the order, for a friend and was 'suggested' to use Malaysia Post by FT. Like I said, no issue with FT, but damn the shipping issues. Guess I'll try epacket next time, if I ever get the next 3 orders that are coming thru MP.

A misconception about Shipping (INBOUND) USA anyway.

People seem to think Tracking will indicate when a Package Reaches US soil........NO. This is an incorrect assumption.
INBOUND Packages, upon arrival, go straight into Customs. Customs could Care Less if you knew they have your package or not.
Normally, you will only receive further information under one of 4 conditions.
1 - Released to Deliver courier. USPS, Etc.
2 - Hold pending Duty Payment
3 - Seizure Notice
4 - Notice of Return to sender
Package may sit in customs for a few hours to Weeks, get misplaced, placed aside for further inquiry or even slip out a back door.

If a Package says Sent to LOS(LA?), you can bet Sent means Sent. It May be sitting, or USPS may have it and not bothered scanning.

Last 3 LOS ISC drops for me - East coast Road trip ahead - were NEVER Scanned until Delivered. Last Clean scan was Departure Country.

Actually it is not the wait itself that has drawn my concerns as I did research some before placing this order with FT and the delivery times of Pos Malysia. I geared myself for 3 weeks on the good side to 5 weeks still satisfied "IF" I receive all that I have paid for and the said merchandise is in good condition.

My concern is in the research that I did showed US orders leaving Malaysia and hitting US customs within two to five days on average. My first shipment left Malaysia March 21st, and today marks 11 days? Not a good sign, especially when my second shipment shipped out of Malaysia 6 days later on the 27th and has already arrived and been scanned by ISC L,A . on the 31st, only taken 4 days to travel from Malaysia.
Another blogger back on page 144 showed that it took 6 day from Mal to the US. I would not sweat the five days yet? Me on the other hand, the bulk of my order was (is) in that first package Mod, Tank, ect.
Good luck and update us on your shipments. Looks like I will have a couple updates myself, hopefully! :vapor:

I'll be keeping fingers crossed for ya! Of course, it does say too, that tracking updating for MP, is 3-5 days behind, so I dunno.

Yeah, that's the thing, you don't know where it is. It doesn't take 5 days to get to NY, so my guess is it's sitting in customs in NY. Our postal system isn't known for speed, much less the customs department.
I can remember back in the 80's after living overseas for 9 months and returning to the US, our household shipment sat in customs in DC for 3 months before it was cleared to be shipped to us.
