Me too. But if I screw it up, it could void the warranty.

Still trying to figure out how much I'll have to pay to ship it back and forth. I thought I read on FT there was some sort of percentage or nonsense having to do with that.

If you use Paypal shipping it should cost you about $2.09 to ship a 5 oz (FT says your item weighs 4.44 oz)package using First Class Mail (just as fast as priority). You can tape the label to a padded envelope if you don't have stick labels. Dollar tree for a padded envelope (2 for a buck).

By chimney o ring do you mean the one the small end of the chimney pushes against in the top piece?

Yup, the one that's actually in the top cap that seals the chimney. I've been having a little bit of leaking through the valve, so maybe it has something to do with the airflow...idk

Has anyone had good experience with the Aqua clones on Fasttech?

I hope so! Mine is stuck in Chicago since the 23rd. Only took 5 days to get there, and has been in the first processing stage for 5 days now. Same with last few orders. Chicago is slower than China.

Anyone know off-hand if they offer an ithaka clone that doesn't require non-resistance wire? I heard there is an upgrade part to the original and I would totally get one if that were the case.

Also, are the ceramic cups still a requirement. Seems so antiquated.

I've seen the conversion kit for the ithaka on the classifieds but i think it goes for way too much money. I still have 2 ithakas at home that are in the "i won't probably touch this again" drawer. They are great but a pita to rebuild.

Yeh, my package is stuck in Chicago too. Any chance the Chicago USPS office observes the Chinese New Year?

I have an order for some heat shrink from Ebay from China stuck at USPS JAMAICA, NY for the last 5 days and another stuck at USPS SPRINGFIELD, MA. I'm hoping the 2 FT orders will escape China soon.

Funny you mentioned USPS Springfield, MA.. I have an order from Sun Vapers that has status stuck departing Springfield, MA. since the 23rd. Odd part is it flew right over me (IL) from California. Not sure why it went to MA. in the first place. USPS tracking showed scheduled delivery for the 24th, which is long past, and figured package is lost. I really need the Mini Protank o-rings in that order. Also in the order is a couple of the Aerotank base's to fit on my Protank & Davide.

Looks like China shipping is getting their act together, but now USPS is screwing the pooch!

Does anyone know if the R91% tobeco clone have the adjustable sleeve and contact pin like the real one?

Sent from my Provari v2.5 using Tapatalk
I'm not sure what you mean by "adjustable sleeve", but the contact pin isn't really adjustable. I put a tiny o-ring near the bottom of the center pin to get some extra length needed for a hybrid kit, but it's a one piece, hollow pin from the 510 connector to the top of the deck where it screws into the rectangular positive block. Pizzpoor center pin design compared to the $21.54 SvoeMesto Kayfun v3.1 ES Styled Rebuildable Atomizer (4.5mL) - stainless steel at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping since the $26.70 Russian 91% Styled Rebuildable Atomizer (4.5mL) at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping has a hollow center pin that is easy to break, but the Kayfun 3.1 ES also needed a tiny o-ring at the bottom of the center pin to keep from shorting against the outside of the 510 connection (negative). At least the pin is adjustable on the 3.1. Also I didn't have to do anything to stop the whistle of the 3.1, the 91% took some work. The 91% is easier to fill though, I guess they both have good and bad features.
