Let me explain
First of this is a 1S4P 18650 battery holder, either it can charge ONE at a time, or 4 at a time (with 4 in the charger all the batteries become one "Cell" there isn't individual charging channels like on a Nitecore i4 or other charger [so BIG NO NO to have a battery charging and then plunk another one down beside it...VERY fast way to have a Li Ion battery go kablooey!], what I do have is a large Sky Ray King flahslight that has 4 batteries in parallel so the batteries will be at the exact same charge level) you should never put different charge level batteries in parallel as the lower charge battery will draw from the higher charge until they equalize, thus the 1 battery or 4 batteries at a time

But for $2.56+ $1.93+$1.21=$5.70 for an emergency charger I wont complain :D (still cheaper than the cheapest TP4056 charger from FT http://www.fasttech.com/products/0/...er-ml-102-universal-usb-smart-charger-version

I do have some single cell battery holders coming in so I will probably be putting a few of those together too

Forgive me for not dressing it up (a whole lot rednecky), I didn't have any heat shrink tubing or electrical tape so I had to use regular desk tape to keep the voltage display from flopping loose, nice thing is, without the charger plugged in, pop an 18650 in it, instantly know what the voltage is

FT customer support has improved a lot in recent times!

was opening a ticket for DOA item and there was a contact us! on bottom left of the page and got a reply immediately explained them the problem and customer staff NOLE has resolved the problem with in minutes:toast:

before this i had to open a ticket and wait at least a week to get the resolution.

all 4 items in my order were scheduled to ship today. today rolls around, and the item that the order was waiting on is the only still saying it's ready to ship but the other 3 items are restocking.

man, you'd think they'd pull your items right away for you order but that's clearly not the case

I think they have not quite caught up to themselves after the holiday yet.

I'm not positive, but I think they do pull your items right away. I think when an item goes into restocking it updates the entire website, and appears that way next to the item in your order page, but in reality that only applies to new orders and not your order. If that makes any sence :). I wouldn't change anything around as that might put you in the back of the line. If anything just contact them asking to split the order if anything is holding it up.

I went through something similar right before the holiday. I contacted them asking to split the order as I didn't want one items holding up shipping. I was told that my items was being packaged that I should ignore those restocking notes on my order page. Everything shipped out that day.

I'm sure they have room to hold each product they sell. It's not like they swap bins around throwing items wherever they may fit. I imagine if an item sells out that space stays empty waiting for the new item to arrive. Otherwise they would never be able to find the item. So yes, I think they can show an item out of stock and still have a few on the shelf waiting to be packaged.

Fixed that for ya.

Not sure what the procedure of the week is since the Holidays, but that is exactly what they had been doing. Each order goes into a bin with a copy of the order and each pick verified until all picks are complete.
Any order waiting on incoming merchandise would be logged to a holding location for easy tracking. As items arrive these orders are completed in order of date placed FIFO.
After Holidays? Who knows. This process may get a bit muddled as they attempt to get inventories rebalanced.

Well this one was shipped the 23rd but failed to leave ft before the holiday. I like the progress it has been made thus far. My last 3 orders haven't updated past customs but have made it to my house in 4 days. So hopefully by Saturday..

After this order i'll have enough in reserves to last me a year, so that means it's time to cut back on my monthly ft/ecig budget of $18 to $10 and get into maintain mode.. So now it'll be a couple 30mls per month and a little something else. I can do this..I can do this.

FastTech customer service is excellent. The last two tickets I opened have been answered and resolved within 24 hours.

Right before the holidays I got a Helios with bad o-rind seals. I opened a ticket, they answered fast, and sent new seals with an order leaving right before the holiday.

Day before yesterday I opened a ticket about a bad Ego Twist, and that was answered in a few hours. I immediately followed their instructions to ship to Miami and upload the tracking to them. I sent the item out yesterday and today they have credit my Paypal the return shipping and notified that the replacement has been added to my current order getting ready for shipping.
