Glad to see im not the only one stuck I this situation.. well not glad, but a bit relieved. I placed an order for a k100 on the 19th. It was "accepted" on the 21st, and "processed through sort facility" on the 22nd. I have had the same "origin post is preparing shipment" status since then. Hopefully it wont take too long to receive it

What would you say its the average shipping time from the time you order it to the time you get it. I'm thinking about doing the epacket or the usps option which says 5-8 days after it ships from their building/location. The epacket said something like 10-14 days after it ships. Its that pretty accurate? or not even close. Thanks in advance!

All my orders have taken 10 days to get to me from the day they ship it.

I have not ordered a battery/ego type anything, and always choose China post e-packet-free shipping.

I'm in L.A, Cali

Im on day 8 since they sent the package out for shipment. Im still on the "origin post is awaiting shipment" status. May I ask how often your usps tracking was updated? did you actually get an update when the package was sent to the US? or did you get an update only when it arrived in the US? ive heard both

Interrupting this fascinating shipping discussion [Note to self: was Ref being ironic in his first post of Part II when he told us to go into great detail about every inch our package moves? Must check. :)] to bring word of an intriguing device that has just popped into the New Arrivals:

$5.66 2-Post Display Stand Holder w/ Drip Tip Adapter at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

It is speculated that this is in fact a sticker, that niftly little guy that turns battery/tank configurations into palm size, stealth devices...if it is, I want 2.

So I ordered a few items the other day, one of them an IGO-w is showing 7 days until shipping so I cancel that one from the invoice and reorder it on it's own ticket. I figure what the heck, I'll get it when I get it. All the rest of the items are showing ships next day or ready to ship. I'm thinking great, I should have this quick. The Igo that was showing a ship date of 3/05/14 ships less than 24 hrs later and 4 of the 7 items on the original invoice are now showing restocking I'm like ...? so anyway the IGO is on it's way and it'll be a surprise as when you order something that cheap by itself there is no tracking. .......S! LOL

@ element

Updated only when it arrives in the U.S, so far, arrives in S.Frisco. 2 days later, I receive it in L.A.

Haha...nice!
I put in a request for that item, very cool!
In case anyone is wondering, it "shrinked" an Ego style battery

I have the M11 mechanical mod, but it's battery tube is cut 58mm if it was cut 60mm long it would fix the problems of it being too short and having gaps between the caps when you put a IMR unprotected button top in it

I turned in a ticket on that too, other than that, for $6~ it is an AWESOME little mechanical!

I have added my full quote so you can compare with your truncated version. When you "get it" please feel free to comment.

I wish everyone would pay attention to this and forget the shipping, it is coming from CHINA, order and expect 4 to 6 weeks delivery. JMHO

Tell us what you are buying, if it is good or bad value.

I currently don't have an order coming from FT  But I will pull the trigger on my cart soon as I need something coming from China so I can watch the tracking sites :)

Interesting, how does it work for you? Anything you don't like about it? Does it cause a lot of battery drain?

Nah. I think I have mine to update every 4 or 6 hours or something like that. Doesn't use any processing unless it's updating. Otherwise it's just another background process, which you already have a ton of those already. And I'm a power user, so loosing 10 mins on my already harsh battery time doesn't make much difference to me. I have in my vape group of apps on my homescreen and just check it when I'm expecting something.

Something that is cool about it, I've forgotten about packages coming from China before when that was all I had coming to me. You get an alert when something has been delivered. Made my day, wasn't even expecting anything.

Sitting in ISC New York, Must have used a different method than used to. Normally SF/USA and cross country trip.
Only 6 Days
May reach me by Monday if it gets out ahead of Pending Storm - Titan.

Anyone here Tried the KayFun Lite https://www.fasttech.com/products/1605200 ?
Purchased on a whim since it is as cheap as the Rocket Tanks and they perform great. Hoping a little work and this will do the same.

Looks like if Customs keeps things normal we can get back to enjoying shopping once more. :)

Cool App :D

Installed it and entered some computer packages I have coming with UPS & Fedex, also entered some I have gotten already with DHL , HKP, & USPS, works very good so far, Thanks for the Link. So far I would recommend it for Everone to track packages. I'll see how it works on my next order from FT. Again Really Cool App for tracking packages.

How much does everyone order from FT before you get non faulty and working stuff? I say this because I have only been vaping since October 2013 upto to now it's been mostly a miss here's a run down of my orders and faults I made over a couple of months. I started in October and Stopped ordering in December.

Ithaka ceramic is stuck solid in the SS cup, I haven't had to replace it yet but I will need to break the ceramic to get it out it may be bent or the cup has been machined incorrectly.

Kayfun 3.1 ES Polished, fill valve faulty on delivery leaks

Kayfun 3.1 ES Sandblasted, no juice channels

Taifun GT Chrome plated deck, still haven't received a working SS replacement deck.

R91 / KFL Non SS screws, juice channels too shallow (had to diamond file) and threads were not good.

I only ordered 5 RBA's 4 were faulty my FT experience was poor to say the least one thing that has come out of ordering cheap from FT is to buy bona fide vape gear it works and no stress and can be traded or sold. In comparison all my orders from FocalCig were faultless and better quality KFL, Taifun GT and KF 3.1 etc for not much more money.

What's everyones thoughts?

I don't really understand the shipping from Fast Tech, I'm on my first ever order but the time hasn't been too bad so far.

2014-02-14 12:08, Item Ordered from FastTech
2014-02-23 02:10, Dispatch Pre-Alert 22/02/2014, MPC PMIH (KLIA)
2014-02-28 21:20, Item arrived MPC PMIH (KLIA), MPC PMIH (KLIA)
2014-02-28 23:02, Item posted over the counter, MPC PMIH (KLIA)
2014-03-01 10:00, Item sent to LONDON, MPC PMIH (KLIA)

So I'm not sure what the 9 day delay from order to pre-alert is, but assuming it's stocking and packaging, seems reasonable on free shipping.
The 5 days from pre-alert to arrival at the airport isn't too bad.
Then Out of the airport the next day is great.
My fear is that once it hits London the Royal mail will mishandle it over and over...

guess it's what I expected when ordering batteries from the far east...
