I would give it a good soak in hot vinegar before using orange clean.

vinegar and dish soap in hot water has done nothing

the squape just laughed at me

my wife will still use the thing after I've told her not to. I told her it required an exorcism but she won't listen. she tries to offer it to me to take vape of her juice

/disgusted face

Orange cleaner is all natural and an excellent cleaner. When vinegar fails..................;)

Key is the Ultrasonic. It will reach areas and apply cleaning energy that soaking alone would never accomplish.

* On a not so happy note, my 3rd Brass Nemesis should be here in a few days. Unfortunately my Eldest son is laying claim to it.
I had to order him an Aspire Nautilus/5pk of 1.6ohm heads, 2x 18650 batteries and a dual slot charger. Plus agree to let him buy the Nemesis.
Hey......... I'm just glad he is still interested and working to kick the evil habit.:D

I got my copper nemesis yesterday, was underwhelmed. The threads aren't great, the top cap won't screw into the 18350 tube without the fuse ring. The top cap itself is rough on the inner ring. I bought this with the black tubes, not intending to use the copper tubes much, thankfully the switch lock ring and top cap fit the tubes better. Unfortunately my switch came with a small ding and a defect. The button it not even all around, so if the lock ring is flush against it there is a 1mm gap on one side. Submitting a ticket.

Picture that shows the gap. Also my 510 pin barely threads into the insulator, you can pull the pin out with little effort.

I placed 3 orders at FT at the end of April. Two have arrived, and one was split into 2 shipments, shipped on April 3 and April 5. The last one just went to 'Acceptance' at Originating Carrier. They were all shipped USPS Express ePacket via China Post.

One of the two that have already arrived took 7 days from shipment to delivery. The other took 9 days. Not bad at all!

What I have received:

With grandkids crawling all over the place, I haven't had much time to really test any of it out yet. I can only say that everything looks in order and like it's decent quality.

The only comments so far:
SKU 1414101 3.5X Magnifier with Clips - Feels really solid. I can hardly wait to get some quiet time to try it out.
SKU 1579703 Aluminum Atomizer Stand - For some reason I was expecting the atties to be able to screw on. They don't. It's a stand and no use for anything more.

RBAs like the Igo-L that use o-rings to hold the top-cap on make me uncomfortable because I don't like pulling so hard on them when they're on a PV. I'm afraid that I might mess up the 510 connection. I was hoping for something I could leave my RBAs on not only to build, but also to help get the tight top-caps off without damaging a PV.

Back to the drawing board on that one!

Looking for some advice. Planning on ordering the steam turbine, any thoughts on the difference between the two listed? Also thinking of ordering either the Hades or hammer clones....Just looking for any input on these products. Pros? Cons? What do you guys think about them (assuming you have any of the items lol)?

The one with drip tip + extras is electro polished, the other is machined finish. That's the biggest difference. Any topper you put on the Hades is going to look weird until they start coming out with toppers designed for mods that take 26650 batteries. As for the hammer, (the only thing I actually own of the kit mentioned above) it's okay. You'll want to get a King, Chi You, or Astro mod for the button and 510 connection. The ones on the Hammer are not great without some modification. And don't get the brass hammer. It's plated.

Cool, thanks for the info! Wanted to get the ST to dabble in gennies. Was only thinking about the hammer cause to be honest, I want a mod that looks like a pipe! Maybe I'll save up and buy one I saw online that looks like a real pipe lol.

Cheers!:toast::vapor:

Thanks much. I don't know how I missed that converter. Time to up the magnifying power of my glasses I guess.

Sure thing
$1.48 DC-DC 3-40V to 1.5-35V 3A Buck Converter Stepdown Module - LM2596S-ADJ / voltage adjustable switching at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
$1.81 DIY Assembly Plastic Power Adapter Case/Box - screws (not included) at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
$2.59 0.36" Display 3-Digit 3.2~30V Voltage Tester for 18650 Battery - blue LED at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

They don't do worth a crap below 2 ohm as amperage is limited to 3 amps and I use heatsinks on the regulator. The potentiometer on the brd is multi-turn but you can easy build a knob or use a screw driver to adjust voltage. Use good wire and as short as possible wires there will be little or no voltage drop the 1 I am using here just now has zero drop with amp and volt meter both in it plugged into 12 volt 20 amp bench supply. I use 4 volts all the time never tested higher than 4.2 or so my juice tastes bad but did test with 1.7 coil and it was not so good on 1 in external box lots of voltage drop but may do better in the mod. I don't like the taste below 2 ohm on my high VG DIY. I use only 80% VG and up.

4 volts 2.2 ohm is right close to 1.8 amp and that does fine with the brd in the mod on 12 volts. Just remember because max is 3 amp (that is with heatsink) using 2 amp will make long life. I have been using this 1 for 6 months and I am a major chain vapor I fill an Evod every hour & 1/2 or so. For me and a few friends they work great on a cig lighter in a car.

sorry for the big post.

Actually no, the IC is heat regulated and current controlled, you don't need a heatsink...I just got thru charging my daughters 6vdc powerwheels lead acid batteries using these w/o a heatsink, used a converted 400 watt ATX powersupply on the 12vdc rail, ran it thru my multimeter ammeter, setting it at 7.2vdc (2.4v per cell x 3 for a cell equalization charge) it ran up to 3.12amps then slowly dropped off as the battery charged, constant volt output and fully charged in about 4 hours, knew when to disconnect the battery when the current draw at 7.2vdc was 3% of the total current rating (4AH, 4000mAh = 120mA)

Spec sheet of the IC on the board
http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/lm2596.pdf

But yes...a heatsink WILL help the chips longevity for sure

And not to cross post to other sites, but the same board as above with the same volt meter built in HERE (going to order a few soon)

For vaping...not sure...I didn't get it for that purpose

Well my love of the foggy helio was short lasted. I found out the hard way it's not made of PMMA. Tank killer juice will kill it. My gummy bear DIY killed it.

Good news is if you don't like Genesis tanks and have an RSST laying around the top cap fits.

Bad news is if you've already drilled the top cap for dual coil setup on a Genesis then the holes don't line up in parallel.

Eh, not sure what I'll do.
