The Russian showed up today (20 days). Zero tracking info once it left for the airport in China (3 days) until it showed out of Portland yesterday. That makes SF customs or USPS the bottle neck IMO. It came with quite a few spare parts, o rings, screws, etc. The only drip tips small enough to fit are the ones that came with my cheapo FT carto tanks. I don't like the feel of the metal ones. No machine oil. After its bath the threads on the top cap caught bits of paper towel but everything screws together OK. All the nano kit parts go together fine also but I haven't tried it in that configuration yet. Built a quick 2 ohm coil with cotton ball wicking, happily vaping away at 10 watts. I'm a carto tank kind of guy so next time I'll do the vertical coil thing ManBearPig was kind enough post pictures of.

I've never ordered from fast tech before. i know that the general consensus is that the shipping is extremely slow and can sometimes take almost a month. i was wondering if selecting one of the faster options and paying a dollar or two extra actually makes a difference or is it still just as slow? thanks guys!!!
Paying the extra dollar is worth it. Or get $25 worth of stuff to get free shipping (with tracking). It can make a difference of several weeks.

Unless you use airmail with no tracking yea 30 days, but epacket China post 8 days max for me atleast

Except unless everyone along the way has screwed up tracking both of mine sat in China the majority of this week (from the time FT posted pictures to when China Post admitted they had the numbers).
But from the claim that it's now processed through China unless I fall into a customs black hole I should have them within 15 days.

My method is to order small amounts (under $30) well ahead of any need.

I think I've given them about a dozen orders over time, and have gotten all of them in excellent condition. Granted, it took 2-4 weeks to get them, but I was in no hurry, and the shipping costs were right ($0.00).

My latest order arrived yesterday.
WORST PACKING EVER!!!!
I made the mistake of ordering a set of head Phones with my vape gear. They used a Bubble bag large enough for the head phones and just tossed the other pieces in the bag. No Packing/Filler at all. Omega Dripper wasn't even in a plastic bag. Omega struck my Kafun Nano Top and damaged it.
Omega has the Air holes beside the 2 negative post.:mad: DEFECT!!!!!!!
Fasttech knew these had issues yet they kept shipping them. Now they want me to ship it in for exchange even though I photoed the screw up showing it is useless.
Nemesis Box was exploded open - fortunately the Neme did not take a Hit.

Seems my orders have gone from always perfect to WTH in the last few months.:(

They even have the nerve to say Please package so the item does not get damaged :blink: It is Useless!!!

Well, if they are handling yours similar to mine, I had to ship the defective battery to their Florida office, kept and scanned the receipt for shipping, and they gave me "store credit" for the shipping....(still have yet to receive the replacement battery, but did use the credit on another purchase), so yes, a pain, but c'mon, they stand by their stuff, if defective will replace it on their dime. Cant say that about a lot of US companies. Just my:2c:

    I agree the packing has gone down, I got my nemesis clone this week, wasn't in a box, just in a plastic bag which was tossed in a thin bubble wrap bag, well of course traveling all the way from china, it got thrown around, so it has a chip in it (it's the black one), also I had to use a monkey wrench to get the bottom cap off, on top of that the firing button was hitting the body, making it a pain in the ...., I had a buddy work on it, and is now working good, and for the hassle of returning it, I am just going to live with the chip in it. Still got 3 mechs coming and 3 black kayfuns, hoping they at least come in a box for a bit of protection from the travel to me.

    Well, after 4 weeks, got my Evod Twist and Rainbow Spinner...damn FT packaged like garbage, with no bubble wrap other than the interior part of the envelope. Both arrived dinged and dented. They work fine, so I am not going through the hassle of returning them, but I only wanted them for their good looks.

    If you care about your stuff, spend the extra $1 per item and get it individually bubble-wrapped and shipped in an actual box.

    Well, the first 30 orders were packaged so tight they could have been kicked from shipper to shipper and not hurt.
    I seriously do not expect to pay extra to have a $50+ order properly packaged. It wasn't Fasttech so much as it was the Lazy person that prepared the shipment. This is more a matter for internal investigation and correction than external added expenditures.

    There is a difference between a job and a career. :)

    I forgotten about that option, thank you for reminding me :) Before I got into the mechs, only been ordering things like clearo's, so never bothered about it before, but will in the future for mods :)

    I would guess the company doesn't pay packaging employees enough for them to think if it as a career. Management could probably figure out who the guilty party was and have them fogged or something though. Just sayin'...

    Thank you. I couldn't find that before. I just placed a request to add that to my order. A birthday present for my son-- that doesn't count in my vape budget.
