Just Me, I Never order unless it is "Ships Next Day" or "In Stock". Reason being you don't know if they will get it from their supplier on time to ship it that date. The date may change and be pushed out, but you have already paid for it, and have to wait further. This has been said MANY times in the thread. This is JMHO. Good Luck and I hope it Ships on Time or Sooner.

Hey there folks, I've been through a bit of this thread, have a couple of orders in the FT system on their way to me but wanted some advice.

I'd like to order a mechanical mod from FT, not fussed how long it takes to get here as I'll not be in a huge rush for it but want to know which is worth getting

Besides that, I really quite like the style of the Nemesis mods and would prefer a copper or brass version (unless anyone can suggest why that would be a bad idea), can anyone let me know which would be worth getting as a quality clone from FT?

How to kick any mod without losing battery length!

This isn't a free mod though. But if you own a Nemesis with a kick ring and a kick, it can be done for under $5. What we are doing is building a kick module (Kicklet) with a hybrid connection for your atomizer. This will work on any atomizer with a protruding positive connector (for a seamless look, you will want to use a 22mm atomizer). You will need (aside from a kick SKU 1646300), the following components:

SKU 1666400 Nemesis Hybrid connector. $2.36
SKU 1698000 510 adapter for 3D atomizer $2.46
a drip tip o-ring and a Nemesis Kick ring.

Step 1. Screw the kick ring into the 510 adapter. Insert kick.
Step 2. put the o-ring over the atomizers 510 connection. Screw the big brass hybrid connector onto the atomizer until it's snug. The atomizer's 510 connection should be sticking out past the brass ring.
Step 3. Screw that into the kick ring until the atomizer makes contact with the kick.

You're done. You now have a hybrid atomizer with built-in variable voltage that will connect to the 510 connection of any mechanical mod.

I'm running a kicked Kayfun on an 18650 Brass Paps, and couldn't be happier. It's better than a $50 Kicklet.

...and because Nemesis's come in so many colors, you can have a stainless, stainless/brass, stainless/copper, stainless/black or stainless/Neo-chrome hybrid kicklet!

Edit: I recommend any of the brass GP Paps. I'm not a fan of the Nemesis's switches (I suspect that once I polish all the moving parts, I'll be happier with it), but it looks like I'll be buying a few more anyways, just for the kick rings.

My green one is supposed to ship on the 9th. Later buyers have the 13th. I'm expecting delays. Hopefully mine will ship mid June.

Why do that? You're just waiting even longer for the same product. I'm getting in on the first shipments. It may be 2 months before they are available to ship next day. In that time I'll have my stuff and using it while that thinking will have you waiting and waiting till it may (most likely not) ever get on ships next day.

Look at the copper nemesis.

I've had mine since the second batch from manufacturer. I have two now. And they still aren't on ships next day. And again, I have two of them. It's no use waiting till things are in stock. Cause you end just waiting till all the people who actually want the thing and buy it on a wait are done buying them and they are able to keep a stock of them. And that may take a long time if ever. It may just go to sold out status and you missed out on something awesome.

Hello Fasttech fans. I am a real fan of the Fatty V2 and found this on the site. Has anyone purchased this that has also used the real Fatty? I am very tempted to give it a try, but the reviews are not the greatest. I have a feeling it could be because of the style. The real Fatty V2 are kinda old tech and are meant for simple single coil set ups and are probably not for the cloud chasers. I dont care about all that as I just like my resistance at 1.0 to 1.2.

I just want to make sure its not a total POS as far as the threading and want to make sure the posts are not loose or any other really bad quality issues. Thanks again.

I received mine. The threading is fine. The posts don't seem loose. But, at first I couldn't get my meter to read any resistance. I pressed down on the center post, and now it reads resistance. But, it's jumping all over the place. I don't know if it's not making good contact or if one of the wires are loose (it came pre-coiled).

I've only ever built 2 coils. So, it may be a few days (or more) before I get around to messing with it again and trying my own coil. But, there it is.

I got my stainless "The Natural" to fit a 18650 and a kick, bought a 2nd tube extender removed the short tube, now have 2x long extensions and viola!

This adds a mere 22mm to the size of the mod. Considering the Kick is 18mm, that's not too shabby. The fact that the brushed finish matches that of the Kayfun is just a bonus.

I believe the Chi You and nemesis have different threads.

KYBLUE is correct. The only kick ring/tube that will work on that atomizer adapter is 21x1, which is Nemesis threading and one or two others, none of which have kick rings.

This modification will work with other threadings, but you have to have a) a mod with a kick ring, and b) an atty that has both a hybrid connector and a removable 510 adapter, and c) a hybrid adapter for that mod's threading.

2 of the parts I can get for under $5. But I don't want or need more than one Nemesis clone. That's why I have a WTB in the classies for Nemesis Kick rings. 99% of Nemesis users don't use a kick.

I'd like to build at least two more of these "improved hybrid" Kicklets for my other attys.

Well I had to pay freight on a small one from FT. Just needed some Double O-Ring Drip Tips for my ΣΟΦΙΑ. I ordered 3 and an EGO ring for a whopping $7.11 + $1.29 shipping for a total of $8.40 (could have done the slow boat for free with no tracking, but where is the fun if I can't track it). That's a record low for me, but didn't need anything else at the moment.

@Burnie I do that a lot I would much rather pay 1.50 shipping than wait on airmail. What is 1.29 when you save half what the item is worth. If you get in the US you pay 2 or 3 times the shipping on top of the price. I once in awhile do a cheap airmail just to do it but if I want it man I'll pay the shipping no big deal in the end.

It is all in the luck of the draw and the day it hits the mail I think. Sometimes slow sometimes fast. I for once have nothing out there from FT but do from Singapore and Thailand they are just as slow and get shipped fast. @Burnie it is slow mail type dhl prolly be weeks lol. I never care how long as long as they ship & it gets here it is computer junk and some electronic parts. FT has been boring.

I been playing with 5 of these http://www.fasttech.com/product/1642203 I got few weeks ago that been laying here. Surprising they are really good littler suckers no leaks and as good as using a mini pro and sure look interesting. No leaks or 1/3 full floods or gurgles they surprised me.I got so much FT junk.
