I can't remember how many times I've ordered from FT and have ALWAYS gotten my order. When I order I just sit back and wait, knowing it will probably be a while but I'm never in a hurry. From order to arrival it's gonna take what it takes to get here. For the prices they offer I'm more than willing to wait. What's really nice about it is that one day I go to the mailbox and there's something from them that I've almost forgotten about.

"ship next day" is faster than "in stock" by about a day from what I have seen. But I only order if they are one of those choices.

"Ships next day" and "in stock" have been pretty much the same thing for me. Usually they ship the next day, occasionally the second day. I generally only order when some thing is "in stock" or "next day"

If there's something I want that's "ships in 7 days" I put it on my wish list until I notice it "in stock", then I order. None of the stuff I order from them is urgent. It all falls into the "nice to have toy that I can wait for" category. I'd rather continue to save money than have them change the way they do business.

Very rarely, they over-sell something marked as "in stock" and run out, I'll either cancel the item or ask them to split the order, sometimes they've split orders without my asking.

It's fine with me if someone doesn't like the FT system and wants to buy elsewhere. But continually ranting that they have to change to suit what YOU want is annoying.

I understand where your coming from. Aside from any delivery or availability problems that are not under FT's control, what they choose to sell is. Their attitude towards customers trying to inform them of issues with a product leave much to be desired. Case in point :

This little dandy is a PIA. The pins pull up and the springs are very strong. There are no cuts or striations to grip so you need pliers. There is a hole on one side it does not go through. You need to have short legs because you can't cut the wire even if you manage to get one in there One hand with pliers to pull up the pin, the other hand to hold the base. You need to use your third hand to put the wire in.

I brought this to FT CS. I got facetious and disingenuous answers for my trouble. I was just trying to help. I wasn't asking for a refund. How many of you guys will buy this PoJ and get so frustrated you toss it?

I wrote a review to warn folks. It was never posted.

not looking for sympathy, just helping potential customers understand that fasttech isn't accurate with their information

then ppl to defend it and act like it's the customers fault haha...like oh thats not our (fasttechs fault)...well sorry but that person is dead wrong and it's something fasttech needs to improve on, don't debate with me just take it on the chin and improve, admit fault and go from there

i think everyones shopping style is to pay a fair price for products and receive products in a timely manner

I have a question since in over 30 orders or so I never did batterys, I ordered a couple things that ship with batterys not builtin . FT suggested SP and I just left it that way is that a good choice? Not that I really much care I am one that never sweats shipping time and use tracking very seldom just sorta curious is all. I wish they would skip the silly batterys in the things myself because china batterys aren't my thing. As I do on any order I for sure want unsmashed they are in a box. I did SP a few times to test earlier and it was about 3 weeks now if the batterys don't slow it we will see. Wanted to see which is best so try em both.

And on the thoughts of have in it hand before they offer it for sale, I like low prices and I fear if they stocked it before they sell it then I wouldn't even shop there I like low prices and even get off on the suspense myself. As many said make sure it is in 'stock' or 'next day' then order and forget it. To me FT is the biggest and best yardsale as I like to mod lots and never expect perfection out of the box whether I buy it in US or anywhere else I am hard to please and seldom see anything I use as it is. Just my 2 cents..

Thanks @Nailz.. It was 3 or 4 months ago I think I did a small order just to see it added about a week to epacket the trip to Singapore so you were lucky or I was unlucky. Just curious. I am a Ks feller too just stuck in Fl last 10 years man I miss northeast Ks sometimes but sure not in the winter.

My hana mini is en route via SP. It made the overseas route pretty quick too, shipped the 4th, dispatched to U.S. and in USPS system by the 10th. I expected way more than 4 extra days vs ePacket or HKP. Probably sitting in customs now I should have it in 2 weeks if USPS doesn't mess up.

...and reading other people's comments in that forum, it's obvious that the unit you got was defective. The post holes were supposed to be drilled all the way through.

You've been spoiled by the U.S. postal service.

...welcome to the way the rest of the world operates. FastTech makes it quite clear on their website how they operate. They are remarkably transparent as a company, let alone a Chinese company.

Edit: because your order contained batteries, it was shipped Malaysia Post. Even though the order was split, your mod was also shipped via MP. MP is known to take a very long time for delivery. Your mistake, not theirs.

As for the stock issues, again, this is something FT has little control over. If they didn't pre-sell items, we as buyers would order from someone else who has the latest and greatest if we didn't know FT had ordered. It's part and parcel of the e-cig clone industry. Why don't you apply those same standards to our domestic e-cig industry. I don't want to spend my life tapping F5 on a keyboard trying to get a limited run, overpriced mod that was made in someone's garage...

You ordered from them with your eyes wide shut. Live and learn.

either way i got one of my packages today, the mod, the one thing i've been waiting for and for anyone who would support this company its a nice mod....the best part is I can use it with my jm tubes since i also ordered the 3jm tubes from them awhile ago and that mod is useless...i can not use the all silver look....but i'm done with fasttech, as a consumer i can't support a company that doesn't have their act together

What method do you think they ship when your order is under $15 and you choose free shipping? Mistakenly picked this when I got my rebate points converted. I bought a huge tank and some cheap drip tips & did not pay for a shipping upgrade...BIG mistake. Well, live and learn.

Made my first order

Nothing amazing. A UK charger and some ce4s for a friend. She doesn't want to deal with changing coils to start.

@chellemmm Unregistered airmail no tracking and all mine like that are 30 days plus. 1 out there now few driptips 5 weeks still out there. I do it sometimes on junk I don't need bad like driptips. But out of 7 or 8 I think all were 30 days or very close. Just relax and forget it someday when you have forgot all about it there it will be.

I ordered:

just modify it, if you're thinking of modding, you're going to have to be willing to modify things. Plus, 18650's x 2 plus space for electronics = bonus

Is that a response to me? I like making small mods, which is why I use 14500 x 1, not 18650 x 2...

Just got my second order from fasttech, was supposed to be 3 attys Atomic,Trident v2, and TOBH. My package came with tape on the bottom, and was missing the trident v2. I hope the make it right. Even if they don't I will still order from them because I love there prices.
