Cracked another tank on my x8
$6.23 Authentic X8 2.5ml Electronic Cigarette Atomizer at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
Thought it was a too thick o-ring and replaced it with the new tank. Also ordered a 3rd complete x8.
I am now almost certain the bottom cap it machined wrong, o-ring groove to narrow and placing to much pressure on the tanks bottom area. Will not bother fasttech with this one again. Gives me plenty of spare parts for the other two.

Already loving the 4Nine..........Man is this thing tiny in 18350 mode.
Have to clean the Magma good before wicking. I can smell the machining oil in it. Well machined RDA. Can't wait to see how it performs for flavor.
EEEEk................LOL, just hit the 4nine while typing. Thought it shorted. Felt a jolt in my pinky finger.8-o
Then I realized the mod/battery isn't hot or even warm.
Arthritis and old age
It's not just you, on occasion when hitting the 4nine I can feel where it arcs near my finger. You can see it sometimes looking at the button and hitting it.

Damnit, my hana clone arrived today but no one to sign for it, guess I'll have to pickup tomorrow. Fwiw it made it through the USPS side without any scan until the 'notice left' scan today. 2 weeks on the nose from FT ship date.

I have a couple and they work fine, you will grow into it and the rebuild isn't that hard. You tube has plenty of videos. I have been putting some back in my apocalypse stash. Yep, put it straight into the BOX. You dare to get the Kayfun working to your satisfaction and it will NEVER see the inside of the Box.
I picked up my hana mini from the PO yesterday. Really glad I got the mini, love the size. It looks like the new version with hole for charger led, too bad my 510 connector threads were messed up, nothing would thread more than half a turn. I got it functional by cranking an atty down on it (no I did not cross thread it) but everything still sits crooked. Not too bothered by it though as I picked up a spring loaded 510 connector to install anyway.

I've become a dripper! well, I've dripped in the past with the little squid style RDA, but those were mostly for tasting a liquid wehn I didn't want a tank full. Now I've joined the big kids with a full size RDA.

The deep well design on these things holds 20 drops or more.
I found the Magma much easier to build, but I like the looks of the Origen bettter. Both will stay in rotation, a couple of the kayfuns will have to make way for them.
For the first time in a long time, I have no orders pending or in the mail from FT or anyone. Strangely enough, I'm not really having vapemail withdrawal symptoms. I just got the Kayfun 3.1 #SKU: 1494700 and its working very well. First few builds were iffy but I got it sorted out quick and now I use it constantly.
I ordered a few bottles of Hangsen liquids as an order filler and to see what it was like. Don't normally use high PG but for the price it was worth a test to see if my tastes had changed since I started.
First thing I noticed that it appeared thinner and didn't have near the viscosity of most of the other liquids I'm used to. I mostly use Dekang Triple 5 (555) 50/50 mix and other high VG premium mixes.
Well I loaded up a dripper and the taste was good although a bit "flowery." The next thing I noticed was that I kept having to load the dripper to avoid dry hits. I think the reduced viscosity causes this liquid to atomize much faster than other liquids so naturally you'll go through more liquids. The clouds were decent but nothing to get excited about.
Probably wont be ordering anymore.
Personally I'd like to see Fasttech expand on the Dekang offerings to include different PG/VG ratios or even 100% VG liquids that we can get at other retailers. Seems to me that 100% VG would be a huge seller.
