I've had a ticket going with FT since early May on some
batteries I got shipped from Malaysia the first week of April. The tracking stopped at LA and after 30 days of no movement I was going to file for a chargeback from Paypal but FT CS told me I'd be refunded or credited within sixty days if the package was lost. After 36 messages back and forth on this ticket over the last three months I've got nothing but promises, reneges on the promises and apologies.
Moral of my post? Do the Paypal credit thing. FT has really shown me how disingenuous they can be. Blatant lies and false promises from one message to the next. And what's up with the names?
Cindy, Jane, Cecily, etc. Is FT CS in the USA?
