No, so far it's only for the ones that have filed cease and desist orders that PP is enforcing. Others may follow and there may be a couple more, but SqR and Erlk are the only two that I know of. FT probably doesn't want to get in trouble with PP - that's why they ask for alternative payment methods for these particular items, even though they've renamed them and tried to disguise them.

I just ordered a couple that weren't these two, and PP went through fine.

Not 'til next month (Feb 19), then for 7 business days. I guess the mail could get a little jammed up though, with all the stores getting their supply orders in.

  • New Year’s Day - January 1st - 3 business days

  • Qingming Festival - April 4th or April 5th - 1 business day
  • Labour Day - May 1st - 1 business day
  • Dragon Boat Festival - Varies due to lunar calendar. Approximately late June. - 1 business day

I had wanted to get the Mini RTA (Erl), but wanted to use PP (not my CC).

Then I found the HuanYing RTA which doesn't seem to have the same payment restriction. Does anyone know anything about this one? There's just something about it that doesn't look right. Maybe it's just bad pictures?

Other than the adjustable airflow being on the side instead of the bottom,it looks to be very similar.I actually think i like that one a little better, may have to pick one up togive it a try.

Dear Valued Customers,

The Lunar New Year (Year of the Goat) holiday is around the corner -- the holiday that is celebrated by dozens of cultures in Asia including people in Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, Singapore, Malaysia, and many more. To these cultures, this holiday is so important that it is celebrated and treated much like, if not more than, how Western cultures celebrates the Christmas.

This holiday is particularly important to a majority of Chinese who work away from home. To them, the Lunar New Year or CNY is likely their only chance in the year to go home and visit their family. Like it or not, the holiday completely shuts down factories, suppliers, and distribution centers alike.

FastTech's holiday arrangement for this year's CNY holiday is as follows:

Official holiday for FastTech: 10 days from February 16, 2015 to February 25, 2015.

All operations resume on February 26, 2015 at 9:30am Hong Kong Time.

Effects on orders and support:
These also apply to merchants (drop shippers).

Prior to February 13, 2015 (dates inclusive, HKT):
- Orders: all orders scheduled to ship within these dates are shipped before the holiday.
- Support: all tickets are replied to before the holiday.

** scheduled shipping date is displayed at the bottom of the shopping cart page, as well as in your FastTech account > order history page. **

February 14, 2015 and February 15,2015 (dates inclusive, HKT):
- Orders & Support: we aim to ship all orders scheduled between Feb 14 and 15 before the holiday, and we aim to answer all questions made between these dates, but we can not make guarantees.

February 16, 2015 to February 25, 2015 (dates inclusive, HKT):
- Orders: all in stock orders are queued for shipment on or shortly after February 26, 2015. Some items may require extra time -- ETA will be displayed on product pages.
- Support: no support is available between these days.

February 26, 2015 onward:
- Orders: shipping resumes. Extra processing time may be required due to holiday backlogs.
- Support: CS resumes work but response time will be delayed due to backlogs.

March 3, 2015 onward:
- All orders expected to resume shipping according to scheduled shipping dates (i.e. normal again).
- Ticket response time may still be elevated due to backlogs.

March 10, 2015 onward:
- All orders and support tickets are expected to be normal again.

* Orders placed before the holiday, and are scheduled to ship during the holiday, will not be shipped until after the holiday. *

Keep in mind not all suppliers and factories that FastTech works with resume work on February 26, 2015. FastTech will update the stock status displayed on each product page to show an ETA of each product's post -holiday shipping date.

Thank you and we wish you a prosperous Year of the Goat!

Team FastTech

Would buying a gift certificate be better?
Actually, the other way would be better - purchased gift certificates only come in fixed amounts ($5, 10, 20, 50), and the link to buy one is really hard to find!
You could get closer to the dollar value you want if you bought and returned something.

Nice, PoM! :thumb:

Ooop!

Order shows as SHIPPED now!
Pics and everything (-:

I'll be the first kid on my block with a Manta.... in another 2 weeks or so

Did your Manta come in yet?

Mine just got in and I gave it the Dawn and hot water bath, a good scrubbin', and double coiled it at .5 ohms w/ 28g Kanthal. So far I'm really digging this thing! Really simple to build double coils on with the two post setup. Excellent flavor so far and I'd say comparable to my Magmas. I can dip 10 drops in it and lay it on its side and haven't gotten it to leak yet. I'm able to tune in the airflow to be just right for me.

Some quick things that may be irritating for some- The airflow isn't going to wide open enough for some even with all six of the top holes open for both coils. For example- my Zenith clone half open is about the same airflow as the Manta wide open. When building it you've got to watch the thickness of the top cap because it's narrower than the lip of the base. Make sure there is no coil contact with the top cap before you fire it up, or better yet use you DMM or Ohm meter to check it with the cap on before you fire it for the first time. The drip tip hole in the cap is tight with the drip tips I like to use so I need to put a little juice on the drip tip o-ring and it fits firmly in place. Lastly, if you like to adjust the airflow constantly this atty is probably going to make you mad. The way it's designed you will probably need to remove your drip tip, unscrew the top ring fully, mess with the airflow control, hold it while you screw the top ring back on, and replace your drip tip.

So far, it fits what I wanted out of an RDA, which is, great flavor with by standard build (mentioned above) and a more 'leak proof' design that is more pocket friendly.

This is the one I got- $17.24 MANTA V2 Style RDA Rebuildable Dripping Atomizer - stainless steel / 22mm dia. at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

Use PayPal to order something (same price as the item you actually want), cancel that order, take the refund as a gift certificate and use that to purchase your PayPal restricted item.

Flashlights are a good choice, because they come in a very wide range of prices.

OK. Placed a placeholder order at a few cents more than I need. Do I need to wait to make sure the payment went through before I cancel and get the gift certificate?

Or, can I just turn right around and 'cancel shipment' right now?

ETA: OK, done! Thank ya'll for all the help!
